END GAME

She flew near to Ariane and tilted her head, causing her to collapse on to the floor.

Rian was now distracted. Now he had more enemies on loose to defeat him. His defeat was sure.

" You are cruel to kill innocent people only to be superior. " Max spoke.

Hazel's blood was flowing on the ground. It made things harder for Rithika. She had to control the urge in her to kill everybody in the room.

" Aaah! I am so ready for some action. Kick it off you guys!" said Katherina and flew near to Rian.

All of them came together and defeated Rian after a fierce fight of two werewolves and a vampire against a single werewolf. If it was just Max and Kath, they would have failed but Dex was there to help. He was the most powerful one of all. Dex had Rian beneath his feet and asked.

" Any last words, old mate?"

" Ar...iane" he stammered as Dex's feet was on his throat.

" Ar..iane, I love you." he said. His voice was so faint, blood was flowing out of his mouth.

" That's enough romance for today." Dex said and took off his head.

The headless body fell on the ground. He grabbed the wolfsbane and burned him to death.

Rithika lost her control by the time, she flew near to Hazel and drank her blood.

Kath ran near to Rithika to stop her.

" Let her." Max said.

The sun is up, she can't go out.

" Hazel told me that she was preparing a daylight locket for her but now that she is..." Kath was not able to complete her sentence in sorrow.

" Can we please get out of here and go back to NYC." Kath requested.

" What about Ariane." Dex asked.

" She'll be awake after an hour and go somewhere. Not our problem." replied Max.

They treated Rithika with a medicine which helps her to fall asleep and covered her up in a black bag.

They were on the way back to NYC .

"One big headache is dead. Coming back to you, Dex." Katherina said.

" You are going to beat me up to pulp right? I am sorry." Dex replied.

" Where were you? You loved Esther but after her death everyone was gone. Dex, you went and Kath, you were also gone. You guys left me alone." said Max.

" Bro, we were together." Dex replied with a blush.

" What the heck! You both? Seriously?"

" Yeh, me and your brother." replied Kath by looking at Dex awkwardly.

" Esther's death was tragic. She was loved by all except Rian. I wish she was here with us enjoying Rian's death." Dex spoke.

" You knew that Rian was the killer." I asked.

" Yes , We talked to her and she told us." Dex replied.

Max stopped the car with a sudden break.

" You talked to Esther? How?" Max exclaimed.

" It's a long story Max. We even tried to stop him from killing Vaneesa the second triple walker but we failed. Ariane had it all covered up for him" Kath spoke.

" You know what guys, I feel so excluded from all your adventures together." Max spoke.

" Forget it brother. Now things are better, you got an Indian chick and I got the girl of my dreams, 'Katherina Aldrich." Dex spoke with all the satisfaction and pride.

From the discovery of a simple diary, her story started. She discovered tons of puzzles and learned her life lessons. From hating werewolves to falling in love with one, her life moved on. There is never a bad phase in your life. All phases teaches you an unforgettable lesson. This is the worst and best phase of her life. She discovered herself, she became mentally stronger, found her soulmate and and went through a lot. Things weren't always as they expected but everything happens for a reason right? From India to New york where she discovered her true self and then to Philadelphia where she died but lived a thrilling life full of adventures and love to give it a soft touch.

Together, they went back to NYC and lived in their house full of memories, memories of Esther, memories of their past life when they were happy. Rithika had her new life started as a vampire with a werewolf boyfriend. While they were watching a movie together, Rithika got a call.

" Oh hello Pooja."

" Hey Rithika, I am so sorry that I couldn't call you. I was so busy and also my marriage and all is over."

" Your marriage? Oh ok.. um.. yeh.. I mean, happy married life Pooja."

" Thanks di, by the by I could only call you the first day you reached NYC, so how is your life? I bet it's smooth as silk!"

" Yes it is.Smooth like 'blood'!" Rithika replied.
