Lonely People Did Stupid Things

Whitney was in a good mood when she went to meet Isaac for bowling on Saturday. The last time she had been was in college.

She looked forward to doing something fun she had fallen out of the habit of doing but also looked forward to seeing him and trying to get a better read on him. She had read one of the books he recommended already and really liked it so he had good taste.

He had good taste, was shy, seemed nervous around women (at least around her), and liked macaroni. That wasn't a lot to go off of. She was determined to get more information before she could commit herself to him.

Whitney couldn't deny she wanted to though. She wanted this to work out.
