The gaze was simpler and more complicated than usual. Even the thought that the rose in Cyrus's brain was awakening.

The old man didn't respond but the simple glance was carrying thousands of unsaid words in them. "You are old enough to understand."

"What Rubbish!" Cyrus thundered with doubt. "How old is this tale? You are saying that it is a centuries thing. How is this possible? Tell me, how?! I'm not that young or old even!"

"Relax my prince,  you are getting hyped up before you hear." The old man tried to sound calm, despite finding the shocking behavior of Prince not new. Knowing the truth will make him agitated, and he was ready to face it with his arms.

Unless he tells them the entire truth, he won't be sitting ideally to hear their images.

The Prince's expressions and behavior were all expected of the old man. He didn't express any displeasure but Alice was pretty much alarmed too.
