While I never thought I would achieve my goal with the first toss of my dice, having to wait for what I had selected to disappear so that I can try again began to feel frustratingly repetitive. Toss after toss. Penalty after penalty.

That was the price I had to pay for a chance to get what I actually wanted from Gamble and even then, there was no guarantee.

It was a game of luck and chance, which was I was completely used to by now but the fact that I barely had enough time to test out my new theory was frustrating.

Time was of the essence.

Tomorrow was the date of the expedition and my anxiety was what fuelled this unbridled desire to improve myself before then.

Among the many rolls that I had to do within almost three hours, I got to roll the Celestial Sundering Rings. The sensation of the power that rippled through my body with a golden hue was marvellous and intriguing to experience every time.
