The tag for #abusivelove carries the most weight in my review. The synopsis of the story is quite interesting and attention-grabbing. The storyline is relatively new for me. My problem is that the synopsis does not show and triggered me to merit the tag for abusive love. The tag is turning me off from reading the story; but I will still wait for the trial read to give this story more thought.

I agree with many reviewers that the hashtag abusivelove is a mayor turn off But so far the story and trama is good. I like it and im hoping that with abusive love you talk about Lin Ziquian and not the Mayor, otherwise is gonna be too messed up
abusive love is really abusive love here. FL is indecisive. the former husband is scum. but, the ML is also forceful, although it's psychologically. He appears gentle to FL, but actually very sly. so, because of FL indecisiveness I feel like she's being manipulated by ML (he's a politician). Btw, this novel touches infidelity, so if you're also uncomfortable with that, don't read this. IF the FL isn't indecisive and stronger, and ML bit by bit decrease his forceful ways dominance towards FL so that they can become equal partner in the relationship, then maybe I'll rate higher.

As another reviewer already wrote, the #abusivelove tag is such a turn off *sigh* Hopefully it‘s the ex and not the ml, but we will only know when there are tled chapters uploaded.. If you know any spoilers or even the raw do lmk~ 😘
I gave 40 chapters a chance. The story very much annoys me where FL remains undecided abt divorce for more than 30 chapters and then last few chp were on the waiting game. Soooo typical of those long-drawn family drama. There should have a tag ‘family drama’.
Im so sorry to say this but why are u guys picking up this novel? It doesnt make sense at all. ML Sucks but seriously 😒 AnD FL typical whiny wishy washy girl. im so disappointed😢😭

tbh shes a bit slow for me if a good loyal man like li dongsheng wants me im going to him faster than lightning instead of suffering with my cheating husband and his toxic family tf
LOUSY story. The kind of story you see in sloppy tv series. The Female Lead is too pitiful. Too much of a pushover. Wasted 40 chapters.

This is based on 40 chapters & the rating is that high because of the translation quality. I will include vague spoilers. FL has no backbone whatsoever. Once she learns the truth about her husband's cheating, she continues to stay by his/his family's side taking disrespect. When divorce is finally brought up, she doesn't push harder to have conditions in her favor so she stays married. As for ML, he's pushy, & kind of annoying, in his pursuit of her, though he knows that she's still married. While some may not care because her husband was having an affair, it kind of makes her the same as that scum. It's not a story worth reading.
This is 2 time that I am reading on web-novel and I don’t know many things about adding review and rating so I will only say this story peek my interest I have many books in my house yet I don’t read them and yet I like this book at second glace so I an totally going to read this full book
