Finale approaches...?

Shadows were preparing for the finale. Preparations were in full swing to topple down the Delos Empire as the internal strife between the Empire and the Kingdoms that were under the Empire gradually widened.

Emperor was rubbing his forehead with a frown on his face and preparing for the worst. Setting up countless countermeasures to take down the traitors.

1 Man against Many!

He was left alone.

As soon as the news of Luke dying due to an 'unnatural phenomenon' spread like wildfire in the Empire, he was under heavy pressure to keep his face and punish the perpetrators.

The rebels prepared for retaliation.

Especially David, as Luke was either 'Killed' or "Died' due to unfortunate circumstance which was not in his control. He provided several proofs of many people in the Kingdom dying...including his own men who were chanting The Divine Goddess's name.

But-

Mary was not ready to believe this. She thought she was played like a fool. On the surface, these rebels were with her, but as soon as they got a chance, they killed Luke to fan the flames of rebellion. They might even have some hidden agenda...?

Mary, just like Ryan was a cruel individual. She didn't care about Luke that much. In her eyes, he was destined to be a puppet, her puppet! As Prince Bryan of Racada Kingdom becomes his right hand and Prince Caleb of Arda kingdom becomes his left hand. Mary's plan included giving a large portion of land to David and Abbott to rule, negotiate a little here and there with the shadows but the ultimate power will remain in her hands, the person who can control the strings of the puppet.

People were not fools, they wouldn't accept an Emperor, who got the throne by a coup, and hence Bryan and Caleb had very few chances to succeed the throne. It was better to make Luke a hero, who somehow 'negotiated' with the rebels and got the throne with his abilities after Ryan dies.

The worst was yet to come,

And soon the news of Prince Noah and Princess Leah's disappearance started spreading like wildfire.

Strangely the overprotective mother, Valentina... was quiet...as if she didn't care.

This shocked many people!

Mary shedding tears for her son but Valentina was relaxing in a spa? What the hell is happening? Did the world turn upside down? Even Ares, the bro-con sister was chilling with Valentina. Did someone hit me in the head? Why am I seeing stars in daylight? What is going with this Empire?

Valentina had already informed people related to Noah that he was safe, which included Ares, Eve, Adah, and Seraphina.

When she went to visit Seraphina, she saw a small blush on Seraphina's face, which caused her to squint her eyes in suspicion but unfortunately, she didn't have anything against Seraphina and as Seraphina was Noah's childhood friend, she delivered the message of his safety to her as well.

She thought maybe it was the heat in the summer which caused Seraphina's face to turn slightly red.

Little did she know, Seraphina was blushing because she was thinking that she was talking to Valentina as her daughter-in-law for the first time! She was slightly confused at first on how to address Valentina, Mother? Lady Valentina? Mother-In-Law?

In the end, she settled with Lady Valentina as she used to because she knew Noah has not revealed their relationship to others.

On the other hand, Mary's planning failed.

Even the black-robed individuals who promised to give her full support suddenly stopped all their contact with her. For the shadows, she was just another pawn. She lost her value when she lost Luke. Mary was devastated.

All her planning was for naught! What is she going to do now? She knew the Empire was in a mess and she also knew she wouldn't be able to make her dream of ruling over Delos Empire come true...unless...unless...she gets the missing Demon and attaches strings all over him...but How? How? She was planning everything she could to make the Demon come over to her side. She was ready to beg and ask for forgiveness for whatever she has done...but will he let go of his grudges and join her hand? She didn't know.

Both the Empress and the Emperor were left alone...

...as the shadows moved in the dark with plenty of support!

After a whole week, A 'father' and a 'daughter' came out of the secret room that was hidden under Leah's room.

She made this room after she got caught by David in the act of defiling his ministers!

She hired a few individuals proficient in [Earth] element and later killed them to keep their mouth's shut forever.

Leah was clinging onto Noah's right arm with a satisfied smile on her face.

At first, she hated this man for taking her first time in such a way, but as she spend more and more time moaning under him, she couldn't help but feel she got a nice sugar Daddy!

Just like always, a messenger delivered the message and the doors opened soon after receiving confirmation.

Although the guards were surprised upon seeing the crazy men-defiler clinging on Noah like an obedient kitten, yet their status was too low to ask any questions.

Many guards were dumbfounded because they have been on the receiving end of Leah's 'hobby' in the past.

They couldn't believe what they were seeing? Where did this woman come from? Who is she? Why is she looking like Princess Leah? Am I still dreaming?

Naomi, hiding inside Noah's shadow in her cat form, on the other hand, has become completely immune to Noah's shamelessness as he kept filling her on all the degenerate details...She stayed in Noah's room for a whole week hiding in a corner and refused to watch the debauchery!

How could Noah accept this? He kept poking her from time to time with their mental connection.

Although the plans of the shadows slightly changed upon Luke's death, yet that had nothing to do with him. He would receive the same benefits for performing his task dutifully.

"King David, Sorry for disturbing your peaceful time, but I would prefer if the news of my and Princess Leah's safe return from a 'Dungeon' in which we were caught during the unnatural phenomenon that happened a week ago is made public as soon as possible." Noah spoke in a 'respectful' tone.

David knew he was bullshitting!

Alas, he had no choice but to accept his excuses.

He can't do anything to Noah inside his kingdom unless he wishes to face the wrath of that demoness which may spoil their plans completely.

Furthermore, Noah was very strong. He couldn't touch him and even if he somehow puts him under his thumb...what about his crazy mother? Even the shadows have been vigilant of her and only dared to attack Noah in an open forest where the events couldn't be linked to them in any scenario.

Unlike Mary, Valentina was not simple.

She was terrifying for a reason and after her recent demonstration of power against Abbott, nobody dared to take her lightly along with Noah. Both the mother and son were crazily powerful!

"Prince Noah, you don't need to worry, the news of your safe return will definitely be made public very soon...but..."

"I would like to ask why is my daughter clinging to you?" David smiled 'amiably' but his eyebrows were twitching from time to time. How did this happen? Why is the men-defiler sticking to a man? Did someone hit her in the head?
