The Alpha's Downfall

After checking up on Yuri, Damian left the hospital and rested in the room his parents got for him at a hotel. Matthew, on the other hand, decided to stay in Yuri's room to look after him and keep him company.


He was right to stay in the hospital to look after his nephew because, by lunchtime, Yuri's fever came back.


'I already got an IV drip yesterday, slept enough to regain my energy, and even took my medicine on time, but why is my fever back again?' Yuri thought as he watched the nurse leave his room after giving him his medicine.


"You should just stay here for now, okay? Uncle will stay with you until you get better," Matthew said as he looked at Yuri with worried eyes.


Although Yuri wanted to insist that his uncle should leave, he wasn't feeling really well and he found talking tiresome. He just nodded his head a little and went back to sleep after.


He slept deeply that he wasn't even able to notice that a few guests have stopped by to visit him.
