The clang of pots and pans reverberated from the walls in the rustic kitchen. Stark stood beside Geth, a cheerful smile on his face as he filled one of the pots with water.

Parker walked around the kitchen, pointing his finger here and there, walking Geth through how to use the appliances.

It was a bizarre sight. Such a young boy teaching an adult how to use the instruments as if he were a professor instructing a student.

"...this knob here. If you turn it, the temperature of the plate will adjust itself."

Geth moved his eyes to the plate that his son was talking about. It was a piece of flattened iron bound to a section of charred wood that acted as the stove.

He studied the Runes that were engraved on the plate. Lines ran out, leaving the rivets that fastened the slab of metal to the counter and running down to one of the many engravings on the floor.
