On the other side of town,

There was a family who lives in a small house. They were a family of five which had a father,a mother and their three children. Among the kids was little Deven. Deven was a little six years old boy, he and his family came from a small town. They came from a poor background and lived in the deserted part of town in a small house. They were happily living together until one dark night. Little Deven was playing with his dolls in his room when suddenly there was a commotion in the house. The house was under attack by the rogue vampires. Everywhere was full of chaos and little Deven didn't know what was happening.Suddenly a rogue vampire knocked down the door and got into Deven's room. The rogue vampire approached Deven step by step with its red eyes,fangs and pale skin which made Deven cower with fear. The rogue vampire was about to reach Deven when suddenly his father rushed over and stabbed the vampire with a dagger. The dagger went deeply into the vampire's skin with made the vampire grunt in pain and agony while trying to pull it out.It took a few minutes for the vampire to him himself after pulling out the dagger but that was enough time for Marcus to escape with Deven after which the house got burnt down.Marcus escaped with little Deven to a near by village to seek refuge there.That night was hectic for Deven's family. Their beautiful family was destroyed and the only survivors where Deven and his father.

The next morning,

Marcus returned with little Deven to their home town only to discover that his beautiful family and everything they had, all their memories had turned to ashes. The lovely family he had was no more all that was left where memories of them. Never would he had imagined that that was how his beautiful family will be lost. Little Deven stared at the burnt down house with tears in his eyes. He rushed to his dad and said,

Daddy what happened to our house? Where are my mom and siblings? Where is my family? Deven asked Marcus multiple questions all of which he wasn't in the condition to answer. Marcus was completely distraught but he had to stay strong for Deven's sake. Dad why aren't you saying anything? What happened? Where is mom and where are my siblings? Dad what happened to our house? Answer me dad! Answer my questions! Deven yelled with tears in his eyes.Marcus raised his head and to look at Deven. Marcus stared at Deven for a while after which he gave him a tight hug and began to sob.

My son, your mom and siblings are no more. They are in heaven, they are no longer with us.

Then let's go and meet them Dad, let's go. We can't meet or see them ever again son. They have left us forever.

Dad what are you saying? I want to meet with my mom and siblings, Deven said and began wailing terribly.

The father son duo cried in each other's arms for a long time.
