It's been two months already and he is still no where to be found. I have tried searching above and beyond but to now avail. All efforts made in the past two months to look for him has proven futile so much so that I don't know what to do anymore.
What's worse is that i don't know if he's alive or dead, I don't know if he's ok or not, I know nothing.
Even the private investigator who I hired couldn't get any information of his whereabouts, everything is so messed up. Matthew grunted in utter frustration.
For the past two months, he has been searching for Marcus but couldn't get any information or news of him. It was like the day he left with Deven, he suddenly vanished into thin air.
This is all your fault Gabriella, if you hadn't said all of those things then none of this would have happened. Are you even a human being?, because it's clear to me now that you don't have a conscience. You know what Gabriella, I think I made the biggest mistake of my life when I fell in love with you and decided to marry you. It is rightly said never to judge a book by it's cover. You may look innocent and harmless but you are very heartless.
You are heartless Gabriella!
Matthew glared at her in resentment and left the room.
Gabriella dropped to her knees and began to wail. She knew her husband was right, it was all her fault. She shouldn't have said all those things about Marcus because if she hadn't then all of this would have never happened and her husband who you too love her so much won't have hated her today.
She regretted every single word that came out of her mouth that day but it was too late to regret because what has happened, has happened and the only hope she had was that Marcus and Deven be found soon.

Another dawn, another day...
The sun was shining brightly today, the atmosphere was a pleasant one. Kids could be seen running back and forth around the premises of St Louis Orphanage.
The children were all so friendly and playful with one another, just a mere look at them would bring a smile to anyone's face.
At a dark and isolated corner of the orphanage could be seen a boy sulking. On like any other kid at the orphanage this child was the only one who was alone. All other kids had friends except from him. He preferred isolating himself from others as he felt it was his fate to be all alone.
He has been that way since he was brought here. He refuses to eat anything and even if he does eat, it's usually little. He dosen't smile, he is never happy and he refuses to mingle with the other children. I have tried everything to make him open up to me about what's wrong but all efforts has been proven futile. I don't know what to do anymore... Complained Miss Christine, a caretaker at St Louis Orphanage.
Ever since Marcus had brought Deven to the orphanage, he had refused to speak with anyone. He was always sulking at a corner in the orphanage. He had lost everything, absolutely everything. He felt like life didn't worth living anymore. He felt like a body without a soul.
