Eri, My Sister

The sun was up. I wasn't tired but I was content seeing Eri was finally safe and away from that monster. I got a huge truck. I sat in the passenger seat with Eri still sleeping in my arms. She would twitch from time to time but after I pat her hair she sleeps happily again. "I will take Overhaul. Keep the rest in the truck. Make sure they don't escape."

I said to the marks that were there with me. I held Eri with one arm and pulled the chained and bloody Overhaul with the other. 2 Marks from the Iron Legion were guarding me. I was in my Shadow instead of Zoom. I walked through the building. The Heroes around me were scared but didn't dare approach me. They already knew who I was. I walked through the hallway and stopped at a door.

This was the door to the meeting room where the Heroes gathered were talking about catching Overhaul. The meeting door opened. All the heroes who were interrupted were going to scold the person who was entering but silenced themselves seeing Mark II. They then saw me enter the room with a cute sleeping little girl covered in mud and the bloody Overhaul. I yanked his chain pulling him into the room.

Mark III closed the door and I sat on the chair that Mark II pulled for me. I sat cross legged with Eri on my lap and Overhaul on his knees at my side. I looked like a tyrant on her throne with a doll. Everyone unknowingly held their breaths as if I would sentence them to death. I spoke in a quiet voice, almost a whisper but everyone could hear me loud and clear.

"This is Overhaul, the villain this meeting is about. The rest of his lackeys are in a truck outside guarded by the Iron Legion. This girl is Eri who he experimented on to create the bullets which can erase quirks." Midoriya and Mirio were feeling guilty.

Nevertheless I continued, "Thank you Midoriya and Mirio, because of you I learned of her existence and saved her. She can't control her quirk so I will need Aizawa often. I will be leaving. If you have any questions, Don't ask until tomorrow. I want to rest. Iron Legion will watch over the prison transfer. The LOV wants to recruit him and will try to save him. Send strong heroes like Hawk to oversee the transfer. Expect Nomus to attack. Good Night."

They were shocked and didn't react until I left. I was walking in the hallway when Eri woke up. I changed my emotionless face to a sweet one which stunned the people around me. "Good Morning sleepy head. We will reach the car in a minute okay?" "Mhmm." She said still sleepy. I got inside the car and we both sat in the backseat.

Eri was embarrassed to stay in my arms and was worried I would be in pain but I didn't mind carrying her. She was as light as a feather. I phased into simple clothes which excited Eri she said with gleaming eyes. "WOW! What was that?!" "That was my special technology. No one in the world has anything like it." Eri asked many questions and was curious about everything.

I answered her questions and was very happy to see her. I love Eri and will think of her as my own sister. Maybe I can get All Might to adopt her. I saw her old and dirty clothes and told the driver to take us to the mall. I didn't have children's clothes so we will have to go shopping. I looked at the excited Eri and said, "Eri I am taking you to a mall. We will buy new and pretty clothes for you there. It will be very fun. I promise. We can buy some ice cream after that. Do you want to try ice cream?"

She vigorously nodded her head. She looked at her clothes and said, "Do I have to bleed?" "WHAT! No! Why would you have to bleed!?" "Father only gave me new clothes when I bleed a lot." I looked at Eri with pained eyes. I said, "Eri, Listen to me. That man is not your father or family. He is a monster. You have to forget about him okay. From now onwards I am your sister, your family and your friend. If you ever need something don't be scared and tell me. You don't have to do anything for me. I just want you to be happy. Okay?"

She cried tears of joy and nodded as she hugged me. I felt tears in my eyes and said, "Why are you crying? If you cry then I will cry too. Do you want me to cry?" "N-no. I don't want you to cry. I am just… happy." I smiled as she wiped her tears while answering me. "Be confident, Eri. You're my sister. No one can hurt you when I am around."

We reached the mall. I got out of the car and picked up Eri in my arms. "Remember to not use your quirk. If you can't control it then focus it on me and me alone. Okay?" She hesitantly nodded. I checked with the system and learned Eri's quirk will not have an effect on me except cause pain. So I wasn't worried about becoming a baby again or something. I went to the top floor where the rich often come.

Many people who didn't know my identity judged me and Eri based on our simple and dirty clothes while watching us scornfully. I entered the most high end store in the mall where my friend Maria makes clothes. Maria is a tall young fashion genius with blue eyes and blonde hair. I discovered her genius and I sponsored her. My help made her a world famous fashion designer.

When I was about to enter the VIP area a blonde woman with a strong perfume, knock-off Gucci bag and extravagant dress stopped me. She intended to push me on the floor but I was stronger. She spoke in a shrill voice, "Where do you think you are going, you beggar! That's the VIP zone. Dirty brats like you should go away and not sully the famous designer Maria's boutique. As if you would know who they are." She mocked us and Eri, who got scared hugged me tighter. "Call Maria." I said to the staff.

Since they recognized me they bowed and left. "Ha! ``Call Maria' who are you to call Maria you brat!" "She is my boss." Maria said when coming through the curtains. "Friend not boss M" "As if you sponsored me. What do you need and who is this cutie?" She said while pointing at Eri. "My sister. I need you to create a wardrobe for her. Also ban this Karen from the mall and press charges." "Sure"

She signaled the guards who kicked out the begging Karen from the mall. We walked to the VVIP zone and Maria started her process. She asked Eri about her preferences and she pointed at me. I smiled and waited. Eri walked out in a pretty dress with a crown made of aesthetic flowers. It was dark blue and silver in color which matched her hair. It had a net design and was high waist. It was not very puffy nor too flat. Eri looked so cute!

"You look adorable! Come here. Is it comfortable? Do you like it?" "I do. I like it!" "Good let's go have ice cream! Send the rest later." "Okay. Have fun!" Maria responded and we left. The people outside that were looking down on us were scared about getting punished and jealous of my money. I didn't care. We left the store and went to an ice cream shop. Eri wanted to try all flavors and I wanted that for her too but it was not good for her health so we bought a swirl since it has 2 flavors for her to try and a healthy quantity.

We spent the day going to different places and trying new things. Little did I know a storm was coming my way.
