I have already completed my clothing, the only thing left to do is enter the village. So I do.
I trot across the forest as leaves fall around me, the sun shines brightly, making my grey scales feel warm. As I pass through, I start to appreciate the beauty of nature. The leaves have started to turn yellow and red, them basking in the sun… they look almost… Holy. I push away the thought. Holy beings are evil. They torture us demons. Simply because our leader was a fallen angel. Apparently the god they worship is a benevolent entity, curing their souls of their sins and guilt. That is what the angels think. Their god is evil. They tell the angels their above us, simply because they were blessed by them. They don't care about any demon. With this thought process the angels go out and kill us. Apparently because they believe we are good inside, we just need to be punished for our actions. The thing is though, that we never took any action, the only sin we've made is not believing in their fake god. Hypocrites.
Thinking about this boils my blood. The thought of them murdering the demons I grew up with makes my rage burn hotter than ever before. Unfortunately I can't do anything about it. I'm on Earth. I decide to calm down, clearing my thoughts I finally realize something. Even if I get inside the village, I won't have a place to stay. Sure there are probably houses, but I would have any money to pay for it. After a brief moment, an idea flickers in my mind…

Markus: Alright Kell. I have everything I need.
Kell: good… gather up your soldiers, we strike tonight!
Kell's troops: Yes sir! Wooo!
————————————
Village chief: Are you completely certain that you saw a high devil? The chance of that is Extremely low.
Devil guard: Yes elder, there was a large group of villagers that witnessed it too. The high devil used magic, it had a massive black sword. It cut down the group of 'horror bears' in mere minutes. It was horribly powerful.
Village chief: Do you have any idea what other abilities they may have?! Having just one magic skill makes them a threat!
Devil guard: Unfortunately no, the high devil ran away as soon as it killed them. It seems to not want a fight. If it did, it could have just killed us there, when we were all in shock.
Village chief: Don't be ridiculous, that thing is an enemy, whether it wants to be or not, it's a threat that needs to be dealt with! Now send more guards out! Not a single spot can be unchecked! If that thing makes it inside, we're all in danger!

I conjure my sword and start slashing down trees, I came up with an idea. I'm going to build a house. I know it sounds like I'm completely incapable of this but I believe if I just copy the devils housing design (a little bigger though) I should be able to. First I'll need wood. At first I ignored the branches that were in my way, simply cutting them to Pieces. Then I studied the houses a bit more and fail to understand how they made their roofs. It seems to be made of bark, but I have no idea how the bark is being held up. Guess I'll have to figure that out later. Now that I have my dark wood, I start gathering stones, and shave them into the rectangular prisms they used. This is to build the foundation. I start to place the rocks in orderly fashion, they line up and make a sturdy looking base. Then I realize that the wood has to be cut in a way that only exposes the inside, with no bark. So I start to cut them that way. Unfortunately half way through, my magic runs out. Leaving me with a half shaved log and no sword to finish it with. I quickly get up to look for resources to make a bed. After walking for about 100 meters, the trees stop turning red and yellow. They are all strangely green. The trees around me look absolutely magnificent, they have very dark wood, with the ridges in between the bark being a light shade of brown. The trunk of them is surprisingly slim. Not truly thin, but less wide than the other trees in the forest. As they reach the top they split in many directions, mostly outward, leaving an almost mushroom like feel. There is a small river ahead of me, it's current being mighty, and fierce. Despite Earths relatively weak power, nature still looks like an enemy I dare not make. As I walk further, I see a much larger tree. It's shape is the same, but it's leaves have blossoming flowers on them, ignoring all other trees in the forest, these ones don't seem to care about the changing season. This large tree has a very magical presence to it, a symbol also resides, carved into its trunk. While I cannot read it, I believe that it means something important. Maybe the reason for this trees magical presence and indirectly it's size. All of these are just theories though, and The sun has started to fall, so I grab some leaves off the trees and start making myself comfortable in a bed made of branches, and large leaves…
Soar: Aaaaah…
I breath a sigh of comfort as I wake up. Another day. I get up and start to leave this part of the forest. However I do make sure to memorize its position, in case it becomes important in the future, or I just want more leaves. I pass through many trees on my way back, all differing in leaf colour, and density. As I finally get back to my underdeveloped base. I summon my sword and start again. Something catches my ears as I do, I believe I'm hearing a stampede of horses. They seem to be going as fast as possible, and in one direction…
The Devils?
I look over and focus my eyes on the sound, I see the horses and soon recognize one of the riders as a human that fled the battle I had when I first arrived. I don't have any grudges against them but I also piece together that they are probably attacking the devil village in search of me. After all I do look very similar to a devil. I can't let that happen. I have to save them. These are my thoughts but I don't know why I thought of them. I don't owe the devils anything and they've only been hostile to me.
Then again, I would be too. Seeing an overly powerful devil casually living outside your walls, would be frightening.
I've decided. I now see this as an opportunity. The humans don't seem to pose much of a threat to me, as such defeating a decently sized group of them shouldn't be very difficult. If I do save the devils, I might not have to sneak in. I think if they believe me to be a protector, they would trust me more. Perhaps even allow me into the village.
This is it.
I charge towards the village using flight and prepare myself for the upcoming battle. I try to steady my breathing to keep my magic up, if I can do this, I might have a sword for the entirety of this fight…
