Three hours later.

"waah!" A man suddenly shouted in the hospital ward alerting the others beside him.

Takahashi Mito woke up from a dream. He dreamt that he was punished by some newbie God for his Heroic deed of saving his planet. After that he woke up in a hospital and then the hospital was destroyed and he got hit by a steel pole with red stripes. What a dream it was.

What a dream it was?

What a dream it was!

'Deja vu.' Takahashi Mito thought without opening his eyes. From the voices and sounds that he heard, he was sure that he was in a hospital.

Deja Vu?

Takahashi Mito slowly opened his eyes and confirmed his guess.

He was lying on a hospital bed with the same ceiling as before.

'And finally that confirms that atleast I am still not living in a re:zero type time loop.'

'So did I gain the basic skills of the Ryuguno?'

Takahashi Mito thought for a second and he knew that he got them. The skills were basically muscle memory of how to shoot and fight with the gun.

'I am a skilled shooter now.'

"Thank God atleast he spared this setting. I hope you flowers and swan."

'When will I will be able to swear against him?'

Takahashi Mito got up from his hospital bed and began to walk towards the hospital exit.

"I should first leave here. Don't know what terrible things are going to happen next and I am getting bored of the ceiling and the bed."

Takahashi Mito quietly exited the hospital and no one stopped him.

The money was already paid and nothing else mattered.

That's the hospital.

Outside the hospital.

Mito sat on the concrete slab and began to think of his future choices.

He, at that moment, had nearly infinite choices, be it working as a cleaner or opening his own company or committing suicide. He was just thinking of what should be the most optimal choice for his new life.

After a lot of thinking, he came to a single conclusion. Assess his current condition and then decide after a few weeks.

This was due to the fact that he was currently in a world that he didn't know much about, be it the technological level or cultural standards or the supernatural side of the world.

The panel once again come to his sight as he thought about it.

'Well the panel is still showing the Extrasensory Perception but why...?'

Takahashi Mito stopped in his thoughts as his mind was filled with the 'sight' of his surroundings.

The world turned a gloomier shade whereas his eyes can see.

"Hmm 🤔."

'Extrasensory Perception.'

The world turned to normal.

'So this ability is voice activated, or more like thought activation.'

'Wouldn't I have sensed the attack on the hospital last night if it was activated at that time. I would have found out if the person that ping-pong'ed the hospital is good or not. I could have avoided so many death flags. I hate that God.'

Takahashi Mito calmly looked at the panel and slowly worded each word with gritted teeth.

He really wanted to do a lot of unspeakable things to the god but he couldn't as he wasn't even able to think swear words about the said individual.

"Now my reactions are just becoming bland. Well, only on the outside though. Moving on."

With a thought, the panel changed to show the messages that were not read by him.

That point blank statement, along with the previous sudden attack, destroyed his will to read the rest of the messages.

"Aahhh, haaah."

(Deep breaths)

He looked at the hospital and then at his hospital gown that he still wore.

It was at this moment that he decided that he wasn't going to play by the books and rebel against the god.

"Let's get changed and move on, I am getting migraines from reading this."

Two hours and a cloth change later.

"Atleast, I was given a free set of worn out clothes from the hospital. Pretty kind of them."

Mito stood in front of the place that was listed as his home in the hospital. As for who listed it, God knows.

He went inside the place and went to bed.

He was tired, not hungry but mentally tired.

And this was how an uneventful day passed.
