Ch. 32 The Walls

-Kara-

I rested for a few hours and I fell asleep staring at the sun directly above me

I slowly sit up

"Morning big bro" Asura jumps on my lap

"M-morning" I smile

"Where's papa?"

"Oh he's talking to Sir. Micheal" she says

"Oh…"

"You okay big bro ?" Asura slips her head on my lap, looking directly up at me

"Yeah" I smile before squishing her cheeks together "you're so cute Asura" I peck her nose

"Hehe stop it big bro" she giggles and squirms around as I squished her face

"Ahh help!" she giggles

"Heh" I chuckle before letting go

"I'm going to train" I hop off my bed

"Okie dokie" Asura giggles "I'm going with daddy"

"Okay" I yawn before we go our separate ways

I train on my own for a bit when I heard my someone approaching

"Hello big bro" I hear Asura

"Look what daddy gave me" she giggles holds up some weird little toy that looked like an egg

"Oh h-hey Asura" I huff

"So is this what he's calling a homo sapien?" A man asks behind me

"Huh?" I turn around

"Daddy says we're saiyans and we're going to protect everyone" Asura says excitedly

"Hmm* is that so??" The man leans in

"So what's your name then?" he asks

"I'm Amateratsu Kara" I say before my aura dies out

"Wow that's a pretty long name" the man says "so you're the kid he used my essence for huh?" The man examines my body "and what's your name little beauty" he asks Asura

"Oh I'm Amaterasu Asura" Asura offers to shake his hand "Sir. Archangel Gabriel gave papa his essence to make me" Asura happily shakes his hand

"Ooo really?" He asks

I look at Asura

"I-is something bothering you again big bro?" She asks

"I-" I think for a sec "I don't know" I sigh

"W-well daddy said we'll be having another brother soon" she says "a-and another sister too" she says excitedly

I did remember hearing dad say something like that but… I don't know what's going on in my head

"sure you okay big bro?" She asks

"y-yeah" I try not to worry her

Asura frowns before turning back to the man

"So then what's your name mister ?" Asura asks

"Me?" The man asks "why I'm the Great Archangel Lucifer of course" he says with a long grin on his face

"Oh..." Asura thinks for a second "well it's nice to meet you sir" she bows her head in respects

"So, you two want to do something fun?" Lucifer asks

"Hmm I don't know mister" Asura backs up

"C'mon while you wait for Micheal" Lucifer says

"H-how'd you know big bro was waiting for him?" Asura asks

"Yeah" I stand up beside Asura "besides us only father and Micheal himself are aware of this training" I set a hand on my little sisters shoulder

Lucifer sighs "relax kid" Lucifer taps my head "since you were based off of my own essence we are basically the same being" he raises a finger "but I guess technically you are my son" he says

"Hmm*" I hesitate "whatever" I sigh before laying back down for a little nap

"Listen little beauty" Lucifer crouches down in front of Asura "imagine how exhausted your brother must feel after every single training session with Micheal" he whispers

"don't you think he might be delighted if his cute little sister helps him relax" he raises her little dress "and maybe help him get his mind off things for once" he says pinching her little nose

"Oh" she looks at me napping behind her "Okay" she smiles innocently

"Yesss" I hear him hiss under his breath

"C'mon big brother" Asura sits on my lap

"Mgh*" I sit up "what is it Asura ?" I rub my head

"C'mon let's go with Mr. Lucifer" she stands up

"F-for what Asura ?" I ask still half asleep as she pulled on my wrist

"C'mon big bro" she giggles

I sigh "alright" I grumble, following the two

Before anything else happened a loud bang wakes me

I sit up seeing the roof had collapsed on the other side of the room

"Fuck" I get to my feet stretching my back and all

"Man I'm starving" I yawn

I pick up a Katana I found on the floor along with a decent sized rock that I used to sharpen it with

I head straight into the forest sharpening my blade till I found a flock of some big ass birds near a small body of water… a river… I think

… turkeys I think they're called

I pull my arm back before throwing the rock as hard I could

The rock smashes into a turkey's head killing the thing instantly

I walk over to my kill as the rest fled the scene and I begin chowing down on my catch

"Mmm yeah" I sigh in relief "soo good"

I can't believe how good it was

The best we ever had was the crews scraps back on the ship

I watched many people die from starvation exhaustion dehydration I got used to seeing people drop dead by the first month

But now I'm a free man

…

But…

That dream… could it be my memories?

Asura… was that my sister?

If so, where is she now? How's she doing?

I had so many questions that needed answering

I stop suddenly hearing the bush rattle behind me

I slowly stand up "show yourself" I say calmly recognizing the scent

"S-sorry I-"

It was Historia the blonde that was supposed to get executed beside me

"I got away during the struggle" she finally says still a bit scared to come forth

"Come" I raise the turkey thigh I had in my hand "you hungry, no?" I ask

She nods with a little smile on her face

She finally steps forward revealing her naked body

She had whip lacerations and scars through out her body

It was horrible

They had us like animals on that boat

The only times I saw her was when she was getting whipped on the upper deck for refusing 'service'

"Grrr" I hear a low growl

I quickly pull Historia behind me

God what the fuck is that I could smell whatever it was hiding behind a tree

I could sense it's bloodlust from way over here

The tree snaps in two the second the thing launched at us

"Nghk" I grit my teeth

A fucking dog

A fucking big ass dog

The thing was easily twice my height on all fours

I push Historia into the river hoping he'd come straight for me and he does

I throw the katana at the thing hoping it'd do any damage

But the katana doesn't even phase it, it just kept coming at me

I jumped aside but the damn thing was going straight for my arm

And I couldn't do a thing about it

It chomps down on my arm before ripping it clean off

"Gahhad fuck?!" I fall on my ass trying to stop the bleeding as fast as I could

"Kara!" Historia rushes to me

"St-stupid dog" I grunt before hearing an odd grumbling in my arm

I watch as muscle fibers shoot right out where my arm should be, slowly forming into the limb I had just lost

…

"K-Kara ?" She stops, trying to process what just happened

"Pftt*" the stupid dog spits my arm out

Well… what was left of it

…

My arm grew back…

why?

How?

Is that normal?

"H-how did you…" Historia ask still in disbelief

I guess not

I examine my arm

It felt as if I had never lost it

Only I felt even more exhausted

"Mmh argh mmh" the oversized dog savors the turkey I wasn't finished eating

"Nghk" I clench my teeth

"That's my food you jerk" I stomp over

I was about to pound it's face in before noticing how scarred the poor thing was

I wonder what could hurt such a thing around here

"Whatever" I sigh

The poor animal looked like it hadn't ate in weeks it's so big navigating around the forest must be hard for him and even harder to catch food

The longer I watched it chow on my food the more I remembered… kinda

At least now I remember it's a dire wolf

Not sure how I know but I just do

It stands back up walking over to the creek

"W-wait n-no" I try stopping it before it got a mouth full of salt but was too late

"What is it ?" Historia asks

…

"Is this water drinkable?" I ask

"Mhmm" she nods as she got a handful

I grab a handful of water and sure enough it wasn't salty

"Ahha" I laugh

Hell yeah I was getting thirsty

I drank and drank and drank till I had enough

"That really hit the spot" I lean back against the wolf

"You sure it's safe to be around that thing?" Historia asks

"Well it doesn't seem to think much of us" I pat it's belly

It only went for my arm because I was holding that turkey

"Well" I jump to my feet "you still hungry?" I ask

"Y-yes" she blushes

The wolf raises his ears

... probably shouldn't have said that out loud

"Aight c'mon" I sigh

We walk around the forest only he was making so much noise it was scaring everything off

"Hush idiot" I whisper at the wolfy dog

"Mmh" he sits

I shake my head don't think I'll ever get used to it's size

I sneak around for a bit finally seeing some deer "you see something?" Historia whispers

"Yup" I smile as I raise my katana

I quickly throw the blade at its neck, severing… something

The poor thing just fell over but I could tell it wasn't dead

I pull my blade out

It began kicking and squealing

It was terrified

What if I just…

I set the tip of my blade on its belly

Seeing it in this much pain was so… exciting

If only it could beg for its life…

"Is everything okay ?" Historia asks

"Y-yeah" I shake my head

"Oh.. wassup… dog ?" I force my blade into the deer's chest ending its suffering

I begin skinning the deer as the wolf sat beside me and Historia did so as well

"If your gonna stick around I should name you" I tell the wolf as I rip the deers thigh for Historia

"Thank you" she smiles

"Hmm how bout" I think "Odin ?" I say with a mouth full "yeah that's sounds right arghm" I rip off another chunk of meat

After we finished I took a little nap but woke up to Historia giggling

I walk out of the forest where I found Odin rolling in the grass in the open terrain as Historia scratched his chin

"Oh hey Kara" she blushes

…

"Wanna touch it ?" I ask

"Wh-what ? N-no" she turns around

I had caught her looking at my junk for like the hundredth time today

"Hehe" I chuckle as I hop on Odin's back

I offer her a hand

"c'mon you know you want too"

"Alright" she sighs before taking my hand

I move my anaconda aside before she sat right in front of me

"Alright Odin" I gently pat his side

I lay back and Historia does so as well laying right on my chest like a child

"I can't believe this is actually happening" she sniffs

"What ?" I ask

She looks up at me

"We're free, dummy" she giggles "I never thought I'd get out of that ship alive" she hugs me tightly

"Oh… yeah" I smile

"Y-you think we'll find other people on this island?" She asks

"Probably not" I say "why?"

"Oh…" she blushes

"Anyways" she sits up "we should probably-" before she could finish I hear something in the distance

"What was that?" I sit up on Odin back

"What?" Historia asks

"I…" I heard something

Like… battle cry

Odin stops for a sec

Sure enough we could hear battle cries in the distance

"C'mon" I say before he launches forth doing as he was told

I lean forward pushing up against Historia as I tried getting a good look at what was in front of us

The closer we got to the fighting the more the ground shook

"Hold" I pull Odin back

"What are those things ?" Historia asks

They were giants the size of houses… no some even larger

"You wanna stay back?" I ask Historia

She shakes her head "I'm going with you"

"Mmh" Odin whines

"You sure?" I ask Historia

She nods

"C'mon we'll be fine boy" I pat Odins side

"Go" I whisper before Odin launches forth again

I stand up right behind Historia as we approached the monsters

"go for their legs boy" I shout at Odin over the wind

"Arff" he barks

I wait till we were finally close enough before jumping off Odin's back

I launch directly to the biggest one slicing its head clean off its shoulders

The soldiers below scatter after the giants attention turns to me Odin and Historia

Odin was busy chewing on another giant's ankle when I came straight down slicing a chunk of its nape right off

The soldier people use some weird grappling device to climb up the last giant before slicing a chunk of its nape

"Back !!" I hear someone shout

I turn around ready to strike only to find Odin standing over a man ready to chew him up

"N-no, stop it Odin!" Historia struggles to keep Odin from eating the man

"Odin!" I open my arms "c'mon man"

The hells wrong with him? I thought he doesn'tv eat people

Odin whines before hoping back to my side

"Mmh dumb dog" Historia huffs

"Th-thank you" a blonde man forced himself to his feet "we got overwhelmed and had no idea how we would dispose of that 20 meter titan"

"Titan ?" I ask

"Yes that's what we call these giants" he says

"Woohoho" the weird lady laughs

"What are you?" She asks examining my body

"I… uhh" I back up awkwardly

"Oh God look at the size of this thing she grabs my junk "whoa can't wrap my fingers around it" she giggles

"H-hey watch your hands!" Historia shouts from on top of Odin

"Wait, so are you telling me this thing only takes orders from you?" She asks

"I-I guess" I back up

I haven't said anything …

"Hi! The names Hange, Hange Zoë" she offers to shake my hand

"H-hi ?" She was awfully jumpy

"You can call me Kara" I shake her hand

"And this is captain Erwin" she introduces me to the blonde

"Thanks again" I shake his hand

"It's amazing that you found yourself one of these, let alone tamed it!" Hange jumps on Odins belly "it's said they went extinct long ago when the titans took over" she rolls around in his fur

"Yeahh…" I say trying to figure out what she was doing to my poor pup

"They have a lifespan of over 2000 years how awesome" she raises his tail

"Nghk" I grit my teeth

"Hey he's got a butthole" she points

"Arghm" Odin snatches her in one bite

"O-Odin" I sigh

Fortunately he was only keeping her inside his mouth

"Anyways the sun is setting we should probably get going" Captain Erwin says

"Hey dumb dog, let Hange go!" The other soldiers chase Odin around

"Whuaa!" Historia struggles to stay on Odin's back

"Wow it's awfully spatial in here" Hanges voice echoes in his mouth

…

We follow them back to their city which was surrounded by massive walls

"They're 100 meters tall" Erwin says

"Yeah?" I watch as the gates open for us

"So you're telling me, after your parents died you two wondered off down here in search for food?" Hange who insisted on riding Odin with us asks

"Yeahh" I sigh still holding Historia sleeping in my arms

She had asked me that for the hundredth time I had made that story up just in case they'd want to hold me captive if I said I came from beyond the sea

I also said I had lost my memory after I fell off a cliff

"And you two grew up in those red mountains over there ?" She asks

"Mhmm" I humm

"Hmm yeah I guess that would explain the fur and the color of it, over time your body would evolve to combat the cold climate and the red to hide from predators" she says "plus's I'd bet it attracts your mates" she giggles

"So what about this tail ?!" She grabs my tail

"Nghk" I grit my teeth

"Please leave the man alone Hange" Erwin sighs "we are here now" he says

It looked like a regular old town much like that Marley place

Only, instead of those mobile rooms they had some carriage being pulled by an animal that resembled Odin…

Kinda not really.. a horse that's what they're called right?

"Unfortunately we have to take you into custody for a bit, but you should be out by sunset" he says

"Yeah I know" I sigh not really happy about the thought of being in a jail cell again

I pull the blanket over Historias shoulders before anyone could get a glimps of her naked body

"Why's it got fur?" I could hear people muttering about my appearance

"Whoa what a big doggy" some kids giggle excitedly

I cooperate with the authorities and follow them into a cell where I was locked up with Historia and Odin
