Two weeks have passed since Jordan and Raven became a thing and the faux Brushogun, Daizo, was defeated. Even though they have spent the last two weeks repairing their tower, Jordan has become more suspicious of the Brotherhood of Evil, but he has to discover dark secrets on his own time. Now, we cut to the dark room of a blonde boy. It is dark because the sun has yet to shine, but he needs not to worry. His mother is there to wake him. She shakes him with her soft hands, but he quickly opens his eyes. His green eyes capture his mother's smiling face and he instantly smiles.
"Wakey. Wakey. The day is young, but you won't get any younger," said the blonde's mother.
The blonde boy would love to respond, but he is mute. He can only respond by making swift hand gestures. His mother is fine with this and understands her son perfectly.
"Oh. So, you want to sleep in? Well, you can't. I have some work for you," said the blonde's mother.
The blonde tries to go back to sleep, but his mother will not allow it. She grabs him and drags his small lazy body out of the room. She then places her son on a wooden chair.
"Look. I know that it's the weekend, but I need eggs and Ms. Florian and her husband make the best product. Just grab them and come back. They just live down the mountain. It will be quick," said the blonde's mother.
The blonde boy doesn't need to make any hand signals. His face is one of annoyance. His mother doesn't care and opens the door. She then maneuvers her arm to symbolize her wanting her son to get the eggs.
"Come on. I know that you're getting bigger, but you can't act like a brat. Please don't. Just get the eggs and I'll whip up something tasty," said the blonde's mother.
The blonde boy looks into his mother's worried eyes and decides to get up and walk out the door. His mother becomes happier, but he is still annoyed as he starts his trip down the mountain. Even though he doesn't want to make this trek, he loves the smell of the outside world and the beautiful animals that either walk or fly by him. He focuses on the beautiful nature and reaches the bottom of the mountain before the end of an average cartoon episode. He walks over to a medieval-looking farm and walks up to a shack with a wooden door. He knocks on it and the door swings open in less than a minute.
"Who is it, Bob!" exclaimed Ms. Florian.
"It's just young Jericho, Marge!" exclaimed Bob.
"What does he want!" exclaimed Ms. Florian.
"What do you want, kid?" asked Bob.
Jericho makes a quick hand signal and the older farmer can tell what he wants. He then walks deeper into his house, grabs a basket full of eggs, and brings it back to the entrance. He hands it to the boy with a smile on his face.
"There you go. Tell your mom that I said hi. We don't see her as much anymore," said Bob.
Jericho walks away, but waves to signal a goodbye. The older farmer waves back as the blonde boy makes his way back up the mountain. Twenty minutes pass before he reaches the top of the mountain. He waltzes back into his house and places the basket on the wooden table.
"You're back already? You usually take longer. Nonetheless, time to whip up breakfast. You should-," said Jericho's mother.
Jericho ignores his mother talking and walks over to his brown guitar. He then grabs it and walks outside. His mother is confused but is ok with it. His son is just growing up. That's all, hopefully. Jericho takes a seat on a large black rock and starts to play a nice tune. His soft fingers strum the strings as he tries to create an imaginary song with his invisible voice. The birds in the area gather around him like it's a Disney film, but this doesn't stop him. He just continues to play his guitar. Thirty minutes of beautiful music being played passes before his mother steps outside. He hears her footsteps and turns his head.
"You aren't ignoring me. Great. Breakfast is ready," said Jericho's mother.
Jericho places his guitar on the large rock and hops off it. He then follows his mother inside as she closes the door once he enters. He takes a seat at the wooden table as a large plate of scrambled eggs sits before him. His mother sits on the other side of the table and places both of her hands together to pray. Jericho doesn't want to and tries to chow down, but his hand is smacked.
"Jericho!" exclaimed Jericho's mother.
The expression on Jericho's face is one of annoyance, but he places both of his hands together and pretends to pray in his mind. His mother can see that he is trying to trick her and doesn't try to pressure him into doing it. They finish their prayer and want to start eating, but there is yet another distraction. There's a knock on the door. The mother gets up and walks over to the door, but she doesn't open it.
"Who is it?" asked Jericho's mother.
"A friend," said the person.
"I need a name," said Jericho's mother.
"Can't be a superhero if everyone knows who I am," said the person.
"Are you the leader of that superhero team that was in the national news a few months ago?" asked Jericho's mother.
"Yes," said Jordan.
"What do you need?" asked Jericho's mother.
"You. It's important," said Jordan.
"How important?" asked Jericho's mother.
"Deathstroke level," said Jordan.
"Jericho, eat your breakfast in your room. Your friend and I need to chat," said Jericho's mother.
Jericho tries to signal that he doesn't want to go, but his mother doesn't care and just shoos him away. Jericho grabs his food and moves to his room seconds before his mother opens the door and lets Jordan in.
"Take a seat," said Jericho's mother.
Jordan takes a seat in a wooden chair that wasn't sat in seconds prior while Jericho's mother sits on the opposite end. Jordan pulls out a file and places it on the table.
"Deathstroke level. What does this have to do with Slade?" said Jericho's mother.
"Has he ever met him?" asked Jordan.
"Never. I would never allow him to meet that monster," said Jericho's mother.
"Well, have you ever asked him if he wanted to meet his father, Adelinde?" asked Jordan.
"Slade Wilson is an evil psychopath who hurt me and my children. Jericho is in my custody, but Rose is still stuck with him. It pains me," said Adelinde.
"Has he come around?" asked Jordan.
"Not in years. Hopefully, he's dead," said Adelinde.
"He was, but he made a deal with the Devil and came back. The only reason that I'm here is to deal with some of the final contacts of the Brotherhood and I believe your son can help," said Jordan.
"Why do you need him? Aren't you a superhero?" asked Adelinde.
"Your son has special abilities that will be helpful. Slade is somewhere near K2, so a few hours. You two have been living here for a long time. He can help me find him," said Jordan.
"Why can't you take me?" asked Adelinde.
"No disrespect, but you would probably get yourself killed," said Jordan.
"If I were to say no, what would you do?" asked Adelinde.
"I'll just go grab Slade by myself and Jericho would never be able to meet the rest of his family," said Jordan.
"So, is this just a weird family reunion? I refuse to let him go," said Adelinde.
"Ma'am. Please reconsider," said Jordan.
"I'm sorry, hero, but he's just a boy," said Adelinde.
"He's not just a boy. He has a super-soldier serum in his veins passed down from his father. He may be mute, but he is still very useful. You can't shield him from his family and his destiny," said Jordan.
"I can and I will. I have made many mistakes, but that man was easily the worst," said Adelinde.
"Was he always like this? Even when you met him?" asked Jordan.
"Not really. He changed. He started to see the world in a different light. His goals and morals changed. I started to lose feelings and started to stray from him. I should have gone with my gut, but I decided to stay. That was a huge mistake. Someone found out where the family of The Terminator lived and decided to get a little revenge. They kidnapped us and held us hostage. Slade came to save us, but a stray bullet maimed Jericho and stole his cute little voice. This hurt me and Rose, but Slade was hit the most. He didn't shed a tear, but you could see that it hurt. He left with Rose only a couple weeks later. He would return and visit every once and a while, but has disappeared for four years now," said Adelinde.
"Cool story. I didn't think Slade could be human," said Jordan.
"Every demon starts as a human," said Adelinde.
"I guess I will just go. I won't force you to give up your son," said Jordan as he gets up.
Jordan makes his way to the door until he stops. He turns his head and sees Jericho sticking his head out of his room. His mother notices this and tries to quickly signal for him to get back into his room, but Jericho walks towards the door.
"Jericho, go back to your room. I'm not done talking with your friend," said Adelinde.
Jericho doesn't want to go back to his room. He wants to meet his father and finally reunite with his big sis. He signals this to his mother, but she doesn't agree.
"You man, this isn't up for discussion. Go to your room before I get angry," said Adelinde.
"I don't think words will persuade him," said Jordan.
Jericho's eyes turn black and his pupils turn in a darker shade of green. He sends his spirit into his mother's body and possesses her, surprising Jordan a little bit.
"Freaky," said Jordan.
"I will go with you Jordan. My mother may not like it, but I have to see Rose and my father. I know that he is evil, but we defeated the Brotherhood of Evil. He will be a piece of cake," said Jericho.
"Don't get cocky. Slade is different," said Jordan.
"Let's go. We have no time to waste," said Jericho.
"First, you should unpossess your mother," said Jordan.
"Yeah, right. Sorry," said Jericho.
Jericho unpossesses his mother and re-enters his body. He then graphs her before she falls and places her on a chair. He then walks out of the house first and Jordan follows. Before Jordan can close the door, he hears the small voice of Jericho's mother.
"Please take care of my son," said Adelinde.
"I will," said Jordan.
In the skies an hour later, Jordan, operating the T-ship, zooms through the skies while Jericho just plays his guitar. Jordan flicks a couple of switches and moves the ship to auto-pilot.
"We're getting closer to Slade's base. Be ready to attack either silently or loud. We have no idea what he is hiding in there but we can't lose. Not yet," said Jordan.
The T-ship gets closer to the base, but it will not land safely. Multiple rockets are fired at the ship. Jordan tries to dodge the mirage of missiles, but one hits and the ship falls out of the sky.
"Brace yourself!" exclaimed Jordan.
Jericho holds his hands and prays for his survival. Jordan makes a more logical decision. He crash lands into a large patch of snow and doesn't move before he makes sure that Jericho is ok.
"Are you ok, kid?" asked Jordan.
Jericho just nods and Jordan presses a button to allow them to exit the ship. They exit the downed ship and look around, but see nothing but snow and more snow.
"We were hit by a missile fired from somewhere around here. There are no military bases around, so it must have come from Slade's base. It must not be far from here. Let's move. The quicker we go, the quicker we get out of the cold," said Jordan.
Jericho follows Jordan as they walk through the high amounts of snow. After around an hour of a silent trek, they reach the base. Preparing for a fight, they are ready to throw down, but there is no one there. It's just a giant door.
"Well, Slade must want us to come in. If he didn't, he would have left some goons here," said Jordan.
Jordan walks up to the door and presses his hand on it. It's a door. Nothing bad about it. Jordan then places a gadget on the door. It explodes and creates a large hole in the door. Jordan and Jericho enter the compound through the hole, but they only see two paths. One leading to the left and the other to the right.
"Great. A fork in the road. I hate these," said Jordan.
Jericho tugs on Jordan's suit to symbolize that he wants to split up. Horror movie rule number 1: never split up.
"You wanna split up? Absolutely not. I have to take care of you for the day, so we will go through this together," said Jordan.
Jericho doesn't want to go through this together and decides to force Jordan's hand by walking away. Jordan tries to reach out to grab Jericho, but he slaps away his hand and gives him a serious look.
"Ok. Ok. We'll split up. Just call if you get into any trouble," said Jordan.
Jericho shakes in agreement and walks down the left path. Jordan looks at him for a few seconds before he goes down the right path. Now, it's time for a few reunions. First, let's move to Jericho's perspective. Jericho continues to walk down the left path until he hears a noise coming from a dark room. He is curious and decides to walk into the room. This was a mistake. The door quickly closes and a dark figure hops off a table that they were standing on and walks over to the boy.
"You must be a damn fool for coming here. You're not going to come out of here alive," said the dark figure.
Jericho doesn't respond because he is unable to speak. The figure doesn't know this and continues to pester him.
"Are you deaf, kid? You won't live if you stay here," said the dark figure.
Jericho tries to create hand signals, but she can't see them and just gets more annoyed.
"Are you slow or do you want to get killed? Fine. I'll grant your wish," said the dark figure.
The dark figure pulls out a katana and puts it up to the neck of the blonde boy. She sees the reflection of the boy's face for only a moment, but that moment is all that she needs.
"Jericho?" asked the dark figure.
Now, let's cut to the perspective of Jordan. Jordan has taken the right path, but is this truly the right path? He reaches an opening and walks through it, but he ends up on a bridge above a pit of darkness.
"Cool room, but what is this for?" asked Jordan.
"You could have seen this place earlier my boy, but you decided to turn down my offer. You made a bad choice," said Slade.
"Why did you shoot us down?" asked Jordan.
"I wanted to bring you both here," said Slade.
"You could have just sent an invite," said Jordan.
"That's not my style," said Slade.
"Come out and let's have a chat. Why were you working with the Brotherhood?" said Jordan.
"The Brotherhood is old news. They're frozen and were defeated by you and your friends. They're nothing to me," said Slade.
"That question was useless. I knew you would give me a weird non-answer," said Jordan.
"Thank you for bringing my son to me. Now, we can have a big happy family reunion," said Slade.
"Why don't you show yourself and we can have a good reunion. With or without fists," said Jordan.
"Great idea," said Slade.
Slade comes from out of nowhere and kicks Jordan in the face. He then uppercuts him and kicks him in the stomach. Jordan stumbles back but quickly gets back on his feet.
"I was joking," said Jordan.
"I never had a good sense of humor," said Slade.
"Let me give you one," said Jordan.
"Come teach me," said Slade.
Jordan charges at Slade and leaps into the air before landing an elbow on Slade's helmet. He then knees him in the chest and then kicks him in the neck. Slade tries to grab Jordan's right wrist, but he is hit by a headbutt and then a few quick punches. His grab is relinquished and he is quickly hit by a few chops to the stomach and a big boot to the temple. His helmet is already starting to crack only a few seconds into the fight and it breaks after one strong punch.
"Surprised, Slade? I've gotten stronger since our last hand-to-hand fight," said Jordan.
"Not surprised. Happy. Should have become my heir," said Slade.
"Should have had a good offer," said Jordan.
"Ahhhhhhh!" exclaimed Jordan and Slade as they charge at each other.
Now, back to Jericho and the mysterious dark figure. Seconds before, the dark figure was all tough and nasty, but now she has stopped and become relieved. Some may even say happy.
"Jericho, you're here," said the dark figure.
Jericho doesn't recognize the girl and just shrugs. The girl pulls off her mask and reveals her grey hair and her black eyepatch.
"It's your big sis, Rose. Don't you remember me?" said Rose.
Jericho's eyes widen and a large smile grows on his face. He has found her. He has finally reunited with his sister. He instantly hugs his big sister and she hugs him back. Tears start to flow out of Jericho's eyes and even a tear comes out of Rose's.
"It's so good to see you, bro. How've you been?" said Rose.
Jericho does some hand signs, but Rose doesn't understand them. She just assumes that he's fine and doesn't question further.
"Mom must be feeding you well. You're getting bigger. That's nice. I wish that I could see her again, but I'm needed here. I need to make sure that he is in check and doesn't do anything too rash. I'll see you later, ok?" said Rose.
Jericho nods and Rose continues to smile.
"Love you. Now, get out of here before he finds you. This isn't your place," said Rose.
Jericho slowly walks out of the room and takes one more look at his sister. She waves and he waves back. What a cute moment. Now, back to the clash between Slade and Jordan. A few minutes have passed. Both sides have taken some damage from the fight. They now both have out their signature katanas and they clash in the middle of the bridge. The metal of the blades continues to clang in the giant room. Jordan knees Slade in the stomach and slashes him across the chest while Slade kicks him in the shin and slashes him across the arm.
"Your stamina has increased and you've gotten faster," said Slade.
"You're just getting slow. Try harder old man," said Jordan.
"Good idea," said Slade.
Slade drops his katanas and pulls out his two pistols. He then starts shooting them at Jordan as he blocks them with his katanas. Jordan blocks most of them except for one that flies into his right thigh. He falls and Slade walks towards him.
"You were doing good. Why did you stop?" asked Slade.
"Got bored. Plus, I won this fight before it even started," said Jordan.
Jordan pulls out a trigger and presses the big red button. The Explosive Claws all on the bridge explode and destroy the bridge. Jordan glides his way to Slade and starts to repeatedly punch Slade over and over and over again with no mercy. Making his face super bloody and destroying his facial structure. When they hit the ground, Jordan slowly stands over Slade victorious.
"I win," said Jordan.
Jordan turns around and pulls out a grappling hook. He grapples to the entrance of the room and exits it. He quickly limps down the hallway until he sees Jericho. Jericho runs up to him, worried about how beaten up and bloodied he is.
"I'm fine. Just had a scuffle with your father. I got you a souvenir, so you won't feel too bad," said Jordan.
Jordan fakely smiles, but Jericho can tell. Jericho puts Jordan over his shoulder as they walk towards the exit to the compound. From the shadows, Rose watches them as they escape the compound. She doesn't stop them because she doesn't want to. She wants her little brother to be happy.
"See you later, little bro," said Rose.
