Ch 1

"I can't believe my little sister is going to Beacon with me!" A long haired blonde girl exclaimed, hugging a shorter girl with black hair and red tips.

"Geez Yang, stop it." The girl groaned.

"But I'm so proud of you, Rubes!" Yang said, smiling widely at 'Rubes'.

"Yang, really it was nothing." She shook her head.

"What do you mean? It was incredible!" Yang exclaimed.

"Err, right. Anyways! Isn't Tsuyoku supposed to be here? I don't see her anywhere." Ruby tried to draw her sister's attention elsewhere.

"Oh, right." Yang remembered. "She said she was going ahead to Beacon." Yang smiled, explaining to Ruby.

Somewhere on a bench in Beacon a girl laid down on her back her hands behind her head. The strands of black hair covered her eyes. The soft sound of snoring could be heard.

A woman with curly blonde hair walked up to with an irritated face. She held a ruler in her hand smacking it against her own palms lightly.

"Tsuyoku Takamoto." She spoke, venom practically pouring out of her voice.

The said girl jolted up hearing the menacing voice. She regained her composure before yawning and turning towards the woman. "Aunt Glynda?"

"What in the world are you doing here?!" The blonde woman, Glynda, exclaimed.

"Resting?" Tsuyoku tilted her head like Glynda's question was an obvious fact.

Glynda sighed, face palming. "And what led you to rest here of all places?"

"Oh, so. I was taking a brief walk 'cause I was bored and I became tired so I decided to take a nap." Tsuyoku said. Her dark eyes staring back at Glynda's own pale eyes.

Glynda's eyes twitched in frustration, but she let out an exasperated sigh, resigning herself

to Tsuyoku's explanation.

"Fine, do whatever you want. But you better not be late for the ceremony!" Glynda's huffed.

"Yes Ma'am" Tsuyoku rolled her eyes at her dramatic aunt.

"And remember young lady! It's Professor Glynda to you!" She stared before running off.

Tsuyoku watched as Glynda's blonde hair slowly disappeared from her view. She rubbed the back of her head before jumping onto her feet. Her arms reaching up to the sky in a stretching form.

Tsuyoku yawned, covering her mouth politely. As she listened to the quietness of her surroundings she saw the sky ship had already landed.

'Right, Yang and Ruby should've arrived today.' Tsuyoku remembered. 'Let's go great them.'

~A few moments~

'Where am I?'

Tsuyoku finally realized she was lost after she had noticed the same bench she had just been sleeping on.

She ruffled her hair in frustration. 'I should've asked Aunt Glynda for a nap.'

Tsuyoku looked around trying to find some sort of landmark to find her way. Suddenly a loud explosion rang through the campus from behind her.

'Welp, that's one way.' Tsuyoku stuffed her hands in her pocket and starting jogging towards the direction.

"Unbelievable! This is exactly the kind of thing I was talking about!" A snow white haired girl shouted at Ruby.

"I'm really really really sorry…" Ruby apologized nervously.

"Ugh! You complete dolt!" Ms. Snow White shouted. "What are you even doing here? Aren't you a little young to be attending Beacon?"

"W-well I-I…" Ruby stuttered.

"This isn't you're ordinary combat school! It's not just sparring and practicing!" She crossed her arms huffing. "We're here to fight monsters so watch where you're going!"

"Hey, I said I was sorry Princess!" Ruby said, the girl clearly on her nerves.

"It's heiress actually." A girl with long black hair and a distinctive black bow on top of her head suddenly intervened in their argument.

Tsuyoku had seen them argue. She followed up the black haired girl. "Weiss Schnee, heiress of the Schnee Dust company. Am I right, Miss Schnee?"

The black haired girl glanced at Tsuyoku. Tsu gave the girl a wink. She only responded with her eyebrows raised.

"That's me! Finally some recognition!" Weiss put her arms on her waist glaring down at small Ruby.

Though the girl continued Tsuyoku's little speech. "The same company that's famous for its labor forces and questionable business partners."

"Wha-how dare you!" Weiss gritted her teeth at her.

Ruby giggled at her causing Weiss to become more pissed.

"Ugh!" Weiss glared at the black haired girl before stomping off, her butlers following behind her with the luggages.

"I'll make it up to you!" Ruby yelled towards the heiress though Tsuyoku doubted she heard. "Ugh, guess I'm not the only one having a rough day."

"Don't worry, Rubes." Tsuyoku rubbed Ruby's rib cage lightly. "Ima go now see ya!"

"Wait, Tsu!" Ruby called after Tsuyoku, but her attempt failed.

Tsuyoku ran after the black haired girl. Curiosity got the better of her and she ran up to the girl. Noticing she was reading while walking, Tsu called out.

"You shouldn't read while walking." Tsuyoku said, appearing next to the girl. The black haired girl looked up at Tsu not at the least bit surprised to see her there.

"And you should look in front of you." She said as Tsu almost ran into a light pole.

"Woops, thanks." Tsuyoku dodged the pole swiftly moving to the girl's other side.

They walked side by side silently before Tsu suddenly spoke up. "Back there, you were pretty bad ass." She randomly commented.

"Uhh? Thanks, I guess?" She blinked at the sudden comment.

"Name's Tsuyoku by the way, Tsuyoku Takamoto." Tsu introduced herself letting a small smile slip through her guard. She covered her mouth looking forward once again.

"Blake Belladonna." The girl ,now named Blake, said in return.

"Blake… that fits you." Tsu mutters. Though she didn't realize that the big black bow had twitched once she said that.

Tsuyoku continued to walk quietly not knowing what to say. As they reached the crowded room of people. Blake took her place in the back of the crowd while Tsuyoku followed behind.

"Why are you following me?" Blake suddenly said startling Tsu.

"Can I not?" Tsuyoku asked. Blake just sighed.

Blake leaned against the wall reading her book waiting for the ceremony to begin.

Tsuyoku ,too, leaned against the wall with her hands stuffed in her shorts pocket.

Ozpin walked up to the mic causing everyone's attention to be on him.

"Ahem...I'll keep this brief, You have traveled here today in search of knowledge. To hone your craft and acquire new skills. And when you finish you plan to dedicate your life to the protection of the people." Ozpin leaned on his cane and spoke more into the mic.

"But I look amongst you and all I see is wasted energy in need of purpose, direction. You assume knowledge will free you of this but your time at this school will prove knowledge can only carry you so far. It is up to you to take the first step." He finished up with a smile before walking off the stage as Glynda took his place.

"You will gather in the ballroom tonight. Tomorrow your initiation begins. Be ready and would Tsuyoku Takamoto come to the office pls." Glynda smiled into the crowd. "You're dismissed!"

"How troublesome…" Tsu muttered under her breath. Blake raised an eyebrow in confusion.
