With Crabbe and Goyle losing their title altogether and 50% of their wealth. Plus, the Malfoys can't gain a Noble and Ancient title for the next 3 Generations or become Minister of magic. The Gaunts lost their titles in 1935 when the then Lord Gaunt attacked and killed a Muggle family.
The Families with multiple titles are those who got punished with a demotion. Shafiq line has no members that are known.
Family Magic can make or break a member of the family it has the power to hold deals, Oaths or Judge a member of the family all these can result in either more magically power, Lost of Magic or banished, plus it can say yes or no to someone gaining control over the family and last but not least the Family spirit is the physical magical embodiment of the family and all but the Magical houses have a Spirit animal.

Siting in the Bunker I pour myself my fifty 1500 Scotch in the past hour.
Seems Chuck wasn't lying there was no one and nothing out there except the trees, and grass all of which have overrun the world.
Worst, I don't age and I don't die I've tried everything from Drowning to a Grinder I just come out healed.

Going silent I start planning and discarding sighing I answer ''Yes, I accept''.

Vanishing in a burst of Light I gap in shock as I realize I didn't need to close my eyes.
Feeling a rush of hope in my heart I run to the library and open Rowena's spell book.
Seeing a spell for faster learning and slowing down time I gather the requirements for the spell including the feather of an Archangel which I had Castiel take from Michael when he was locked inside the bunker.
I cast the spell and grin as now for me 1 Month goes by in 1 sec more than enough to learn as much as possible in this world. Giving me 9000 years to learn everything I possibly could and to make them muscle memory.
Opening the books in the Library I start learning.
6000 years later
It took over 6000 years to learn everything that's out every book, scroll, and tome in the world plus, a side note I now speak every language ever created and can write in them. I could do every spell from my world including soul spells as my soul could regenerate as could my body which was of great help as I manage to create golems to help me train.
Thanks to my spells I was a Master in all manners of Martial arts, I was an expert in Politics, Banking, and I could lead armies to victory at least against Golems that act like real humans which I could create 97% accurate as I knew everything there way to know about psychology.
With 3000 years remaining, I started reading fiction books and Fanfiction about Harry Potter and other books I grew to like as I was reading instantly I grew to feel Dumbledore was the mastermind behind the world's problem and that I need to get Harry out from under him. Second, I need to rebuild the ministry, third kill the Dursleys, and fourth I would need to find a way to save as many as possible.
From the fanfictions, I gained an idea of how to treat magical creatures and gather allies, but it was from Heru Kane that I realized what I was going to do I was going to create a truly magical kingdom, Create the Wards, The Many wards, Treaties, and Powers, And I was going to Modernize the Magical world with a superior version of Muggle world.
I also decided to follow The Magical king way of Magical Armies and Lords.
Having a plan, it took me a few days to ready it.
9000 years since talk with Chuck
After everything I was ready the only part, I was concern about was the returning to this world sadly, I don't believe I would be able to take anything with me but just in case I used numerous runes and Sigils to create a Bag of Holding and connected it to my Grace along with a Tent that holds 300 Rooms and has numerous wards on it which were Fireproof ward, Waterproof ward, A ward that would stop anyone I don't allow from entering, Mail security ward, Damage Ward, Muggle Wards, Owl entrance ward which allows an owl or other Mail carrying Bird to fly right in, Portkey Wards, Apparition wards, Dark Creature Wards, Dark Magic wards, Demon Wards, Angel Wards, Archangel wards, Witch/ Wizard wizards, Demonic Fire wards, Heaven fire wards, Self-repair wards, Always clean wards, Shrinkable wards, Light weight wards, Blood Wards, and More.
All it inside the Bag of holding which I hope I was able to take with me along with my copies of my knowledge, Cars/ Motorcycle, and Multiple Weapons, Clothing, Armor, Ingredients, Food and Ammo and I made the wards by surrendering half of my grace which has since been refiled which told me Archangel's grace will heal overtime it took 10 years for myself.
Feeling the spell dissipate I sigh as I made Lunch for us both something I was able to make as I could do as just in case Chuck was lying, I manage to revive any animals that left behind some DNA only one I could be Humans as Animals have spirits, not souls.
(Spirits are what monsters have which explain why Heaven and Hell couldn't accept monsters they have spirits, not Souls)
Seeing Chuck appear I sit and wait as Chuck grins at the meal walking over, he says '' Thank you, Dean oh, after dinner you have 1 hour.... and may I say nicely done on remaking the animal world.... Makes it easier and yes since you were worrying the bag of holding will stay connected to you''.
Pausing slightly at learning he could read my mind I ask '' Could you read it all the time ''?
Finally, getting a response Chuck smiles '' Yes, most of the time I chose not to but eh... well this is a great meal.... you know what this food is the best I've ever had that deserves a reward so here it is in that world and should you complete your task you will have free will as long as you don't attempt to go against me you will be able to do whatever you want as long as the end goal is to my task ''.
Stunned at the gift I smile slightly '' Thank you ''.
Sighing Chuck leans back '' Fuck, I don't like the way you act I like the Hard, strong Dean so, here's what I'm going to do I will allow you to hit or whatever you want no consequences as long as you know that I could easily kill you ''.
Surprised at that I jump to my feet and start hitting and beating Chuck who started talking through our anger issues.
30 Minutes later
Panting I fall to my knees as Chuck stood there grimacing a little after everything I threw at him all my power Chuck had a small scratch that healed over instantly.
Chuck hums '' We good ''?
Surprisingly after being immortal for so long, I understood Chuck better as God he had no true friends or equals and that loneliness made him like this.
Thinking I answer '' Yes, you know you should do what I did and create Golems that will be your greatest enemy and make him equal to your power''.
Pausing at that thought Chuck grins and slaps me on my back with a grin '' You, know what your right that sounds fun an eternity fighting a foe equal to my power and Mind yes, that's what I'm going to do.... oh, I hope you completed it I would love to have you by my side ''.
Stepping back Chuck nods to his favorite creation and says '' Ten Minutes do whatever you need then come back ''.
Getting up I walked over to the wall and pull out a Grace charger and crushed it instantly my power was back at full and I completely healed.
Feeling the small boost of power, I realize that Chuck made it where I would gain power after each fight win or lose.
As I think that I instantly knew that Chuck did the same but for every fight both those he was a part of and those he sees or hears as long as the fight was between his creations.
Seeing the slight smile on Chuck's face I realized I was right.
Walking back over I nod making Chuck grin then he states '' Good luck, kid I'll be watching''.
Watching Chuck raise his hand I close my eyes as he snaps his fingers.
BLACK OUT.
Exploding Dean's body Chuck pauses for a moment shrugging he says to himself '' I Wonder what I should do should if I return him or not''.
