Path of Nothingness

[Warning: This chapter is not related to canon this is just one of Tobi's failed chapters. One of the few reasons the main chapter was released late.]


The PX robots prepared beforehand opened thier moths as a light cannon formed there. The pirates began to panic as they tried to look for any sort of cover in hopes of avoiding the wrath of the mechanical killing machine the World Government had created. 


Slowly and gracefully a sakura petal fell from the skies. Everyone looked up as petals continued to fall over the Pacifista robots. The petals were falling slowly as they danced in the wind. 


"Those petals...they are similar to what chopper had on his flag!" Luffy exclaimed. 


Similar to an end of a graceful dance, the petals started to glow brighter. In a moment to everyone's shock, the petals blew up in beautiful pink flames. The flames blew the Pasifista with them. 


The flames slowly started to condense and get collected towards an object. A figure with a formidable height of 11'3 feet and two horns appeared as the flames slowly started to get sucked in the figure's blade.


The flames subsided as the figure finally revealed itself. The man with a bounty of over three billion. The only man who stood up against Shirhige and survived. The crimson Oni. Sanemi. 


Sanemi stood there motionlessly as he started towards the marines. His eyes ignored everyone else as they focused solely on Akainu. He took a step as a burst of conqueror's haki released making some of the weaker marines kneel. 


"You know...Akainu...Sengoku..." Sanemi said as he placed his palm on his chest. His voice seems like a mutter it was heard by everyone. 


"When you killed Rosita...Otto and Afriel..." Sanemi continued as he took another step causing the marines who were on their knees to fall on the ground.


"I...felt something important" As soon as those words left his mouth a dreadful conqueror's haki was released. The aura of the haki was so thick that you could see the color of the surroundings starting to turn dark. 


Almost all of the marines on the ground were unconscious along with most of the Shirohige Pirates and Yuyami army. Barely anyone conscious was left as they stood against the pressure of Sanemi's haki. 


A shiver went down in Shirohige's spine as he noticed something about Sanemi. Shirohge was not the only one to observe that. Sengoku, Garp, and the admirals could see it as well. 


Right behind Sanemi stood what could only be described as a monster. The being had five eyes, two horns and was extremely large and disfigured. With multiple parts of different beasts, it looked like a chimera.


'Aaaahhhahhah!! this...this darkness...' Kuzuha in Sanemi's head roared in pain as he fell to the ground. Sakuya had not a better look as she too was on her knees. 


'Raaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!' With a loud roar Kazuha went berzerk. The feeling of negativity, sadness, anger, and desperation fed Kazuha as Sakuya's presence slowly faded.  


In the normal world, the figure behind Sanemi slowly dissolved into darkness as the pressure of the haki disappeared. Everyone took a sigh of relief but immediately regretted it. 


A vortex of dark reitsu released from Sanemi as it engulfed him. The reitsu reached the skies as everything went dark. The reitsu finally subsided but Sanemi now looked different. 


His body grew more buff as a mask appeared on his face. His skin went pale as scales grew all over him. But the most noticeable change was a large hollow hole where his heart should be present. 


His eyes glowed silver in the darkness as everyone on the battlefield realized. It was no longer a matter of which side anymore, it was a matter of who survives.
