(chapter 11) Lunch with a Bang

After a bit the restrains she felt left. Cracking her joints as she stretched she looked over to a red head kid that was looking at her funny. shrugging she followed them out and into a room with a large tab filled to the brim with food.

'ah I see that your finally awake' spoke the muscles old man 'please come eat or would your prefer to play for a bit he joked as his mustash moves. almost like it was trying to fly. Avoca couldn't help but laugh a bit at the sight. The others that had been waiting for her started to eat while she moved toward the giant glass window and looked out side.

It was a beautiful sight, with a mix of different terrain. And a large grows was heard from her stomach as the aroma of the food was to much for her Saiyan Sense of Smell. Sitting on the other side of the table away from that mutle color haired weird she began to eat. At a fast pace the food on the table disappeared as three very big eaters were at work.

"Now then since we finished eating would you mind telling me why you where in such a dangerous location" Spoke the Old man. she had been trying to come up with a lie to help them out but for some reason when she looked at the old man she felt he would know.

"My friends and I ran away our home, it was in the process of being destroyed by a large ball of energy. I had grabbed on to them and closed my eyes getting ready for the end but when I opened them we found ourselves in that swamp." Avoca spoke and watched the man's expression. It seemed to be looking right into her soul as he still keeped his gentle warm smile.

Sighing he spoke his head. it seemed he believed her. well it was only a half lie so it was still the true she thought. "I'm sorry to hear about your home, you and your friends are welcomed to stay here. I'm sure you kids will all get along" he said before grinning and wiggling his beard.

She never felt right about getting things for free and then she remembered about the saibamen. Pretending to move her hand under the raps she pulled out one seed and presented it to him ask a form of thanks.

"These give birth to a creature once planted. it streght is dependent on the quality of the soil it's planted in." Moving towards his open hand and dropping it in.

"Thank you kiddo" he said and she nodded. suddenly a alarm when off. The power level of her friends where going through fluctuations. Avaoca sprinted out the room and jumped over the rail dropping 7 floors down and hovering off the ground. Moving as fast as she could she made her way back to the room she had awoken at.

This she found her troop and Gine holding some guards hostage. demanding to know where she was and where they were. "leave you guys for just a bit and your already taking hostage" She chuckled. Gine noticing her moved past avocas troop and hugged her.

"I'm glad your save" These words and the warmth she felt when Gine hugged her made her get misty eyed. "As touch as a moment this is I'd prefer if you would let my staff go" spoke the old man as he wiped a tear from his eye.

The hair on the back of her head were standing. she didn't even realized he was there. Gine pulled her behind her and tried getting into a fighting stance but it was clear she didn't want to and from the way she was standing it was very sloppy. Beside Avoca was sure she was way stronger then Gine.

"Guys relax these people were kind enough to take care of us when we where downed. If they have had any bad intentions towards us the would have done something while we were unconscious. Slowly those two looked at each other then back to Avoca and shrugged releasing the gaurds.guards.

"DONT BE SO COCKY" Spoke Zebra from behind the old man. Though his voice seemed louder then it should have been.
