Hesdrir was a dwarf who wore a red star with the symbol of the Kingdom of Batedia in the middle. Which meant that Batedia had officially sent him here as a representative of their country to learn. While it was unknown if he was a Royal from there or a noble, possible even just someone they chose to send them officially claiming him as one of their citizens showed that he must have a great amount of skill or influence.
