She went to go get her books out of her bag and I couldn't help but watch her. This was now the second time I'd seen her with her ears out.
"You asked me questions, now it's my turn,"
"Yeah that's fair ask away," she then sat up straight with her books in her lap.
"You're a bunny, right?" I knew it was a stupid question but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going insane.
She laughed, "No I'm a cat."
I awkwardly laughed with her, "But if you're a bunny why are you at this school? I thought bunnies weren't allowed to be with the opposite gender or even near other ranks." When I said that she looked down.
"Your right I shouldn't be here but I was tired of people telling me what to do. When you are a bunny everyone thinks your weak and stupid, so they want to tell you what to do or use you. I got tired of it and asked my parents if I could change schools. They didn't want to at first but I made a deal with them. If I got first in my class in test marks then I could change schools. So clearly I won the bet and now I'm here."
"But still I'm not trying to tell you what to do I'm just worried about you. What about your heat cycle? Did you think things through when you made that bet with your parents?"
"Thank you for your concern but I can handle my own"
"You sure because it sure didn't seem like it in the nurse's restroom."
"I know I didn't think it would come this soon! It was supposed to come next week!"I can now see tears forming in her eyes.
All I could do was hug her. I leaned over and pulled her in and hugged her.
"It's okay your fine now" She just cried while I was hugging her. I could feel my ears going down.
After a few minutes of crying and claiming her down, we ended up laying down on the bed and knocking out. Crying takes a lot out of you and it's also very tiring.
