This is my domain
"Your majesty! Those chains will only decrease her chances of surviving!" A voice yelled for the king as she stood upon her sword in the air glaring at the king who was using his darkness to float near her. The king glares at Baiyue and floats down towards her. Serah struggled against the chains.
"Again? You tried running away again," He shouted and she just looked at this person she called father.
"Are you going to kill me now Father?"
"No, no my child," the chains disappeared and the king pulled her towards him hugging her. Serah was surprised and tried to pull away.
Her darkness reacted as her emotions became unstable by the slight affection that her father wanted to show her.
"No... don't do this, not now," she yelled as her darkness helped her to push the king away.
Dante reacted without thinking as he reached her side and caught her before she fell. Serah's eyes caught Dante's and he wasn't sure why he did that but he saw the desperate look in her eyes to run away.
The king took notice of the two children as Baiyue stepped forward. "Well, now this is certainly a surprise."
Serah glanced at the newcomer and then at her father. Wincing she held onto Dante's coat as the pain increased. Baiyue went closer to them and she touched Serah's forehead.
"How about we get her back to the castle, her spirit is getting worse," she suggested.

They were led to a new room seeing as how the previous room was destroyed. The room they were led to belonged to a hallway that was at the far end of the castle. But the room they were led to this time had runes drawn on the walls. Dante knew of these runes, it was called the isolation runes to keep a person from escaping. The sight of it only seemed to get him upset for the unknown stranger that was in pain in his arms.
"This is a prison," he muttered as he placed Serah on the bed.
"We cannot do anything about that now," Master Baiyue says checking the runes.
"That old fool, I never expected any of this," she quietly says looking at Serah.
"Make her sit up on the bed, let us begin,"
Dante then helps Serah to sit up as she leaned against him unconsciously. Baiyue then chanted in her ancient tongue and a light appeared on her palms. Little orbs of light fluttered into Serah as she coughed out blood.
With closed eyes and at her highest concentration, she entered Serah's domain.

'Who is it that dares enters our domain without our permission?!'
A tremble occurs as soon as Baiyue enters the domain. She puts a shield on herself immediately as the miasma threatened to eradicate her.
Darkside appeared in front of her slashing her. Baiyue jumps back and summoned her sword to defend herself. With this type of manifestation, Baiyue knew that she wasn't normal.
"I mean you no harm, I am only here to save the girl," she draws a breath as Darkside never even waste time with her.
Darkside then used her darkness to form a blazing red sword, her golden onyx eyes glistening with anger as she aimed the swords at Baiyue.
'Tnasaep enog eb ', Darkside snarls as the swords rush towards her.
Baiyue's eyes widen in surprise at the ancient language of this creature. She just smiles and throws a talisman on Darkside.
'What useless little gimmicks you caelestians have created,'
Baiyue leaps into the air, "On the contrary, it's the only thing I know that can stun you for a moment,"
The talisman exploded and bound Darkside with invisible chains.
"Now you're an ancient and a powerful one, I can see why you are so hell-bent on keeping your host safe and alive. You do remind me of another ancient dwelling inside one of my students," Baiyue fans herself while looking around at the domain.
'This will not hold me for long, you merely have 30 seconds,'
"That long will do, I just need you to listen. I am not here to harm you two, I am only here to ask you to grant me access to heal your host. We both know she is dying and if her primordial spirit is destroyed then you will perish as well,"
Baiyue stepped forward, "Please I just want to save her,"
Darkside judged her floating in the air, 'you wish to save her?' A chuckle rattled from her.
'Little Caelestian, your kind hasn't changed, even after thousands of years, you may do as you wish,'
The binds had long disappeared from Darkside, she waved her hand as the domain opened revealing Serah's domain. Baiyue rushed inside of it as Darkside floated leisurely. Serah was unconscious as her body floated trapped in a bubble of abyssal lily-shaped water.
'I activated her water essence to heal her,'
"Why not let her use her light essence?"
Darkside squinted at her, 'she may very well kill us both if she uses it, and I will not allow her to do so,'
Baiyue turned to her, "You won't allow her or are you scared of her light?"
'You're treading in my domain little caelestian, remember I could easily kill you right here, right now, so watch your tongue,'
Baiyue just smiles, not an ounce of fear in her, "Hmm, you should meet my student, he has an ancient inside of him that's just like you. You two seem to be made for each other considering you are of the same time,"
Darkside's gaze burns, she did not expect another caelestian to not show fear. She lets out a huff and turns away.
'Do what you came here for and leave us be,'
Baiyue lets out a sigh and an orb appears in her palm shooting straight for Serah's heart.
'Cultivation spirit?'
"It's a cultivation spirit power that belonged to her mother. Before she died, I was told to take her power and give it to her daughter if she ever needed it and now seemed like the perfect time,"

"She should wake up in a couple of days," Baiyue smiles and tucks Serah under the covers.
Dante leaned against the wall, his eyes catching the glow of Serah's silver-white hair. Baiyue took notice of this and snapped her fingers in front of his face.
"Little Dante has a crush," she smirks and he grunts storming out of the room.
"Oh don't be such a fussy baby," her eyes twinkle in excitement as she caught up to him.
"She is only 4 years younger than you, you two can just wait till she's older-"
Baiyue's smile widens as she notices the light red tint on his cheeks.
"Get those thoughts out of your head, I will do no such thing. Even though I can see what that princess has been through but what I also know is that she is spoilt-"
Baiyue hits her fan on his head, "I was just teasing you, no need to throw a tantrum unless you do have feelings for her,"
"Master, no one can have feelings for someone the second they meet, that is not how the world works where a boy will fall for the girl the second they lay eyes on them. That's preposterous,"
Dante folds his arms huffing like a little child.
His darkness chuckles in the back of his mind, 'says the boy that was enthralled the second she jumped off the window,'
Dante groans, "You shut your trap you little twerp, don't be putting stuff into my mind," he countered his darknesses words.
"Little Dante, you have a lot to learn, one day you'll understand my words, after all, it is fate that brought us here today." Baiyue steps through the clearing towards the little garden.
Dante reigns in on those words and stills has anger bubbling inside of him. It was always about fate and destiny that ticked him off every time it was mentioned.
"I don't give a damn about fate, if fate decides everything in this world then what free will does any Caelestian have, I'll decide on my own what I do with my life. The Gods may curse me or end me but I'd rather die than follow my fate that's written out for me."
