Anne runs the company in your absence. She takes on some of the most dangerous missions further increasing the company's fame and legitimacy. A few of the missions she decides to take causes concern to Arlo. Eventually, Anne decides to make Arlo in charge of his own mercenary company as a Captain that works directly with hers. Under her leadership the mercenary company grows, but due to the fact she insists on being on the most dangerous missions, she is often out of contact for long periods of time. Overall, the mercenary company continues to be well respected for what they do.
