Months later

After Numen was Hermes, who showcased the communication system he had established. It was a system that relied on him to create a skill called [Arcane Net].

"This Arcane Net, wouldn't it be better off relying on the transmitters?" Kingsley asked.

"We thought of that, but we didn't think it would be smart to allow the average citizen this level of information, so we plan to replace the transmitters entirely with the skill," Hermes said.

"That's smart. Rather than a personalized database, they now have access to a global database filled with only historical or current information," Kingsley said as he thought about it.

The transmitters were necessary when the territory was still small, but if it wanted to cater to a population of over a million, then the skill was the best option.

"That is the idea, sir," Hermes replied.

"I see. You can meet me later for the details," Kingsley said.
