[it doesn't matter who kills them as your inner world has yet to become complete and 'real' and killing them would more likely benefit you but aforementioned not as much as it could in outside 'real' world and even though you are already 'mentally not well' after massacring that many would bring some maybe unwanted consequences. And they were created to be 'food' so their accustomed to not to rise in level so making them shadow units wouldn't be either that beneficial with that much quantity.
However, Sys advises you to kill and devour a few billions of them as their soul is tho weak but in your case each soul is you an extra life and strength. You will have a few billion weak ghouls~ despite they are ants in strong farfetched realities but in stars like earth, it is overpowered. And considering they can turn other with a bite~ you can initiate a Z DAY~
And also killed almost 1,000,000,000,000 creatures means the same sum souls in your world's samsara cycle! The cycle souls generate energies that help to cultivate the world and give necessary energies to nourish it. That many weak souls would make the world evolve and the quality of soul that would be created in the inner world would be stronger as well. ]

As I was teleported I saw how massive the continent is! Three to four times bigger than Aisa. With green jungles and wildernesses. A perfect place for graminivores.
