CHAPTER 11 - First kiss

We left the cinema, Ana suggested that we go to a store that she went with her father. The further I walk, the more I am impressed with the size of this mall.

"What are we going to do?" I asked.

"Target shooting."

"This is a game?"

"You will see."

I was curious, the target shooting I imagined was a game of darts or archery. But when I stopped in front of the store Ana had brought me to, I realized it was something more radical.

"Is this a gun shop?"

"Yeah, my dad used to bring me here when I was younger, he's a gun fan. Now he travels and doesn't have time."

What kind of father takes a son to a gun shop? Wait, do I have the right to criticize someone else's family? In my old world, on my 7th birthday, my grandfather gave me a pistol and taught me how to shoot.

Putting nostalgia aside. I saw a hint of sadness in Ana's eyes when she spoke of your father.

I can understand her feelings, even growing up in a mob family, I got in touch with family love. My mother was the head of our organization, she was almost always busy. But when she had time, she spent it with me.

My grandfather was a strict person, but he loved me. It was affection in its own way...

Sometimes, even around other people, I felt lonely. Nothing can replace a family.

"Is it okay to bring me here? I mean, you have special memories with your dad."

"Yes. But I think it's time to make new memories."

Ana said with a smile. Once again, a feeling of nostalgia washed over me. Seeing Ana's smile, I remembered my first love and girlfriend.

Ana's smile resembles hers. I will never forget her, after a while of dating, I realized her was a yandere. She would do anything for me, but I never had the courage to explore that side of her.

Unfortunately, my death tore us apart. Now, I'm in a new world, many things are different from mine, and I have a new life, as well as probable new loves.

"What is that smile?"

My thoughts were interrupted by Ana's speech.

"Was I smiling?"

"Like a fool…pptt."

A smile must have appeared on my face naturally, this is normal, 90% of memories are good.

"Lets go in." I said.

Upon entering, the owner recognized Ana. He was a man in his sixties.

"How long have I not seen you. Little Ana has grown up."

"It's been a while."

"What happened to your father? It's been a long time since I saw him."

"He….."

Ana and the store owner started the conversation. Meanwhile, I started looking at the knife section, I knew some brands. Currently, I am not in a position to need to use one, so I have not shown any interest in purchasing one.

"Is the room working?" I heard Ana ask.

"Yes."

Ana finished settling the lease on the weapons. The owner gave extra ammo on account of the house.

As I entered the room with the targets, the smell of gunpowder penetrated my nose.

"Do you want me to teach you?" Ana asked.

"Yes."

I can't show her my skills. It wouldn't make sense, a person can't change that much in a month.

"I thought all men didn't like to be taught."

I felt a bit of anger in her speech, maybe this is Jay's doing. He always tries to be the best and doesn't accept someone teaching him.

"I'm not Jay. Remember that."

"I get it."

I put on the ear protector, Ana explained the posture to me correctly.

To fire a weapon, both arms must be bent slightly, but the arm that fires slightly less. The hand that fires is the one that holds the gun and the other involves the first to give firmness.

Also, the feet are slightly curved and the knees slightly bent for support. It is the basic stance for revolvers.

"Perfect. Now focus and shoot."

I fired four times. Every time, Ana told me what I was doing wrong. It's cute to see her explaining to me, I'm going to take advantage of this situation.

"Ana, if I shoot and hit the second smallest circle, I want a reward for my efforts."

"And what would it be?"

"A kiss on the cheek."

"What?"

She was surprised by my request. But, to my surprise, she accepted. A kiss on the cheek is no big deal.

After she agreed to my request, I took a deep breath and.

Wow!

A straight shot right in the middle of the target. Ana beside me opened her mouth wide, her eyes seemed not to believe what she saw.

"Looks like luck is in my favor." I said.

"Can you call it luck? Even my dad didn't hit a shot like that, you're enlightened. That's the only explanation."

Maybe I overreacted, my shot was too perfect. Even I was a little surprised.

"The important thing is that I got it right. Now I want my reward."

"On the cheek, right?"

Ana blushed a little.

"Yes"

I pointed my finger at the spot.

Ana closed her eyes and pouted. After a while, I realized she was taking a while.

I turned my face to her.

"You are not going…."

My speech was interrupted by Ana's lip touching mine. I didn't want to, but it happened.

Is it cliché? Yes. But who wouldn't want to be part of a cliché like that?

It was for a short time, but I could feel the softness of her lips.

"Did you turn your face away?" Ana asked.

This time, her face was completely red.

"It was not my intention."

A moment of silence fell over us, Ana began to fan her face with her hands as she looked away.

"Was it your first kiss?" I asked.

"No, I've kissed before. How about you?"

"Well… it's my first. You're going to have to take responsibility."

It's my first kiss in this life.

"What do you mean by responsibility?" Ana asked curiously.

"You're going to have to take responsibility and give me a decent kiss. I'm not complaining about being with you, I'm saying I wanted more than just a touch of lips."

"Do you want me to kiss you again?"

"Yes."

Ana was shocked, she never imagined that this incident would turn into something like this. Obviously, it's my fault for taking advantage of the situation.

"Why do you want me to kiss you again?"

"Isn't it obvious? I bet your first kiss was that exchange of saliva, tongue flicking from side to side, your body pressed against his and everything. What about mine? A simple brush of lips. Totally against mine expectations. That's UNFAIR."

I used a lot of drama to try to convince her. Ana was silent.

"You don't like me? If so."

"It's not that. It's just that I'm not sure you'll enjoy kissing me."

I'll hit her ego. Maybe it works.

"So, you don't guarantee yourself on the kiss. I understand."

She was a little irritated by my speech. Without thinking too much, she said.

"Forget it today. Tomorrow after class we'll go to my house. I'll give you a kiss you'll never forget."

After realizing what she had said, Ana's face turned all red.

The more time I spend with this girl, the more I like her. She is a very bold person.

"It's scheduled. Tomorrow after school I'm getting the first real kiss."
