Chapter 12: To land of Japan

(3rd Person's POV)

In an unknown reality.

A 5 meters giant creature could be seen sleeping in his big throne-like chair.

He had an incredibly big and muscular greenish body and head with horns. His name is Kiro, the Goblin God or now, the Demon God.

After sensing a distort in his long comforting sleep, he opened his eyes. In front of him, another goblin was bowing his head while holding a staff. He looked like a mage.

"My lord, there is bad news." The mage spoke with a shivering tone.

"State it clear, Sirius," Kiro said calmly.

"We lost our connection with your apostle."

"What?!!" Kiro stood from his seat and roared. The effect of his rage was so strong that Sirius, the goblin mage had to use magic to stay on his ground.

Kiro, on other hand, was furious.

Kiro is Goblin God and now a Demon God of his world. However, after conquering his world and killing all humans and fairies, he was left with a rotten world. A world where sunlight never reaches the surface, most of the crops are dying and land is either covered with horrific weather or dry wastelands where even a demon with high magic can't survive.

He blamed it on humans and fairies for leaving such lands even after death. So he needs to find a new world for him and his new empire to survive.

For such purpose, he picked a random soul from the Limbo and sent it with his crafted gift called system to another world.

It has been becoming a 'common practice' among Outer Gods to send their apostles with their Seed to other worlds and conquer the world. Since some worlds are mere 'fiction' from the world they chose their apostles, it was very easy for Outer Gods to make System and lure human souls to act for them.

But for Kiro, his goal with the system is destroyed.

"My lord, I don't know how but the Tower of Heaven system was simply shut down. We didn't even see the culprit or anything for that reason. Just that apostle for horrified before everything happened."

Hearing this, Goblin God sighed and sat on his chair. He is worshipped as Goblin God for a reason that he is wise and never acts with impulse. Although he was angry for the incompetency of his Sirius, he knew that this practice of implanting 'Seed' in the world is very hard. You have to make carefully replace a 'soul' with an existing body that may appear in the 'main plot' or create a whole new body in case if Outer God is strong that could even destroy the planet with a glimpse.

Now his plans to conquer the other world are failed, the 'world' must have created a 'layer' around it to let him have his way. Another one of his concerns was to find the one who evaded his 'system' and even destroyed it.

"New orders. Prepare to create a gate to the other world. We will invade that world." Kiro said and sighed.

"But… we will exhaust all the magic and it will take several months!!" Sirius argued. They were low in resources and 'months' are years of the Fairy Tail world.

"It's okay, a God always has backup plans," Kiro smirked and stood from his seat, and went to another room.

A room to make a call to other Outer Gods.

(Hiro's POV)

[For raising the World Parameter to +5, the 'World' has decided to give you additional rewards.]

I saw this smile. I didn't pay much attention to it as I was fixing my attire in front of a mirror. For me, my appearance matters most since I was going to meet my family soon.

White shirt with a flexible three-piece dark suit, I smiled and nodded after grading my appearance.

[BB: Congratulation senpai, this is much better than I have anticipated. The System is also upgraded. Why don't you check it out?]

I sighed and called the Status interface.

I was confused since the Water Magic was not appearing in the status so I asked BB.

[BB: It's because you haven't accepted it yet.]

It means that I have to accept the gift sent by 'World' in order to practice it.

"Tell me one thing, can I even use it?" I asked.

If I remember correctly then to use magic, a person must have Ethernano in their body to use magic. Ethernano is a magic particle native of Fairy Tail world. If you don't have this energy then you can't use magic.

[BB: Hehe… you can only use it in Fairy Tail world.]

I knew it. Even if I have the choice to use magic, I still would have rejected it. Why? I would rather use cheat magic like Arc of Embodiment than measly water magic.

"Then change it or turn it into DMPs. I don't want it." I said.

I would rather accumulate DMPs for Gacha than have a useless ability in his arsenal.

[DM Notification: 'Water magic' has turned into 300 DMPs. Total is 4800]

[BB: By the way, there are other upgrades too.]

I nodded and immediately opened the [Store] function. There I found two new items.

[Medium Grade Healing Potion: 100 DMPs

Low-Grade Sealing Pot: 10]

[Sealing Pot: It could contain anything from energy to weapons without affecting the user based on grade.]

Now we are talking. I suppose I don't have to worry about summoning something unusual that eventually kills me.

Anyway, fixing my tie one last time and assuring everything was ready, I picked a cane that was a sword in disguise. I then place a pair of dark frame glasses and then a round hat with a red stripe around it.

If anyone were to look at me then they would certainly think that I am a millionaire businessman with no flaws. Well, it was all true since I am a millionaire and also a businessman.

I then came out from the cabin and saw a bright sky and nostalgic fresh air. Finally, I landed in Japan, my homeland.

Walking out of the stars, I found a flight attendant and pilot standing there with faces covered with sweat.

"Ano… Did I take long?" I asked while checking my watch. 35 minutes has already passed since the plane landed.

"Not at all, Young Master Hans." The flight attendant smiled along with the frustrated pilot. Well, even if I take an hour to come out, they had no choice but to wait.

I coughed and asked them to call a cab. However, just after driving to the nearest station, it ran out of fuel.

"I am sorry, dear customer! I will immediately find another cab!"

"No need." I smiled and after paying for fair, I got out of the cab.

I wanted to experience public transport and to witness if 'that' happens in busses and trains.

After waiting for some time, I entered a bus for the next station.

It was a mostly empty bus with a girl sitting near the window and some other old guy.

However, an otaku like me immediately found the identity of the girl.

She had long, pale blue hair that reaches down to her waist and short choppy bangs with slightly purple eyes. She was one of my favorite characters from my favorite show Oregairu, Saki Kawasaki.
