Chapter no.60 The Spiritual Gods of the World

Beams of Colours rushed into Lin Lingtian's mind as he began to hear the essences of every law out there.
Due to the Anatta Mental State , Lin Lingtian's soul was strong enough to withstand the essences of every Law .
Lin Lingtian's comprehension was abnormal as he found his mind began to comprehend the nature of Law itself .

Although there were only a small number of these tiny particles, they were able to form the vast and boundless universe. In this universe there were celestial bodies, there was space and time, there were mountains, rivers, lakes, birds and beasts, bugs and plants.
There were mortals without the strength to chop a chicken and there were martial artists that could move mountains and churn seas. The endless vicissitudes of life, all of the world's laughter, anger, sorrow, happiness, love, hate, despair, hope, countless births and countless deaths continued in this world. The laws of the jungle where the strong eat the weak, the evolution of the universe where celestial bodies can change, all of this left one feeling drowned in the endless mysteries of the vast and infinite universe.
In front of the universe, a simple human was as unimportant as a mote of dust.
And all of this was composed of these most basic particles. And, the force that controlled the arrangement and interactions of these particles were the Source Laws of the universe.
Metal, wood, water, fire, earth, thunder, wind, time, space, light, darkness, life, death… everyone and everything that existed in this universe corresponded to the Laws. When one's understanding of Laws reached the peak, that was when they could touch upon the very source of the universe!
However, within these Laws, the most basic types were limited in number. But in fact, when they were combined together, they were ever-changing with limitless variations. A simple word of complex wasn't enough to describe them.
Through countless years there had been an unimaginable number of supreme elders who had unceasingly perceived these Source Laws, in the hopes that they could identify the essence of the universe's truths and become a Gods. However, the so-called peak of cultivation continued to remain clouded in mist, impossible to understand!
If there was really someone that could comprehend all the Laws and rules that governed this universe, they could exist beyond the cycle of samsara and become a true god of the world

They wanted him to choose them .

He looked at the dancing colours all around him .
These were the essences of every law in the Tiny World .
Lin Lingtian observed further and found that each law was made of profound inscription arrays . These flowing inscription patterns proved that the essence of laws isn't natural energy, but was created by some supreme existence. It filled the world with mysterious inscription patterns and formed the laws.
These inscription patterns filled the entire world, just like the air.
If he could comprehend and grasp each power of Law then how stronger would he be .

Every Spiritual God in the Tiny World was struggling .
Their Divine Spark was vanishing .
Their were lossing their ranks as Spiritual Gods .

A thunderous, frightened and despair-filled bellow was heard throughout the Nether Realm, bewildering its inhabitants. Even Ming Fei and the other ambassadors of formidable sects from the Draconic Ruins Realm were bewildered at the bellows of the fallen Death Spiritual God .
"My Law of Death! I don't want to die-"
The fallen Death Spiritual God's voice died out into oblivion.
No one uttered a single word, be it the lower mortals or the higher mortals.
However, one thing is for certain, the fallen Death Spiritual God has met his true end as someone with a greater comprehension of the Law of Death has taken his place.
The Law of Death being seized was felt throughout the Tiny World, startling and or infuriating the practitioners of the Law of Death. The Spiritual Deities' reactions were more varied, but the main thought is which faction the new Spiritual Deity is from.

Ming Fei , the Spiritual God of Nether crashed on the ground as his body began to spasm .

The Law of Nether was Leaving his body as his divine spark was forcefully shattered .
He found his cultivation rank decrease from 9 star Heavenly Fate Realm to 8 star Heavenly Fate Realm as he spat blood on the ground .

Ming Fei ignored his daughter as he looked at his hands .
His immortality , the majority of his powers and his title as the Spiritual God of Nether was gone.

The moment everyone arrived at the hidden part of Snow Wind Family , their eyes couldn't help but widen as they looked on in horror .
The Divine Spark of the Spiritual God of Snow and Wind broke into thousands of pieces and before anyone could even react the Divine Spark evaporated into air as if it was petrol left in open air .

Zhu Long frowned as he felt something wrong with his divine spark .

A trail of blood flowed out of his mouth and before he could even react , his body stopped moving .

A scream emitted out of his mouth as he felt the Power of Law of Ice leave his body as his immortality , his title and some of his powers were gone as his Cultivation rank decreased .
During all of this , the normally silent Black lotus that Zhu Long was using to connect this world with the World of Madness began to glow as a crimson tendril formed out of the black lotus and pierced the body of Zhu Long.
A crimson energy flowed through the tendril as the soul of Zhu Long began to be corrupted by the power of Madness .

Yu Yan weakly looked at the orb infront of her .
A weak smile formed on her beautiful face as she looked at the sphere of energy infront of her .
She couldn't believe it .
Was this what the Spiritual God of Time and Space had done ?
Provided a being with monstrous talent to walk a path that would ensure humanity survives and thrives.
Just what kind of talent was that ?
Yu Yan pondered in her head .
Many people require several dozens of years of training to be able to sense even a trace of power of law and that would be considered pretty good. Even those with heavenly gifted divine bodies would require at least several years of training.
However, Lin Lingtian had done it on his first try .
She narrowed her eyes onto the white sphere of law energy . Just what kind of Law had Lin Lingtian gained .

But Yu Yan didn't feel any sense of danger as she found her divine spark shattering more and more .
Her connection with the Law of fire decreasing.
A smile formed on her face as she knew it .
Humanity under the leadership of Lin Lingtian would thrive as the demon beasts will no longer have any Spiritual God while humanity will have undoubtedly the most strongest Spiritual God to ever exist .
Lin Lingtian's white sphere began to float as the surrounding caves began to tear open as if the Earth itself was making a way for Lin Lingtian .
The Sphere began to float in the sky .
Yu Yan smiled while looking at Lin Lingtian's sphere .
She could leave this world in peace knowing that humanity will be safe even without her .
