Chapter no.118 Ananda's Blood Tear

[ Lin Lingtian's POV ]

I want to bang my head through the wall .

How could I forget that factor ?

Looking at the corpse of Baba Yaga , I finally figured out why the recreation of the purified power of madness was not working .

I forgot that Baba Yaga had a soul , when she was struck by the Heavenly Lightning.

But where would I get a soul in this place ?

Hmmm.... wait a minute .

I closed my eyes as soul force swirled around me .

Opening my eyes , I looked at the Spiritual Flame of Nirvana I had summoned .

The Sins of the Dragon Pearl had been washed away by the flames of rebirth of the silver thunder phoenix heart through the medium of Ye Han's soul .

I smiled when I observed the cute fire humanoid creature as unlike all the other spiritual flames , the Spiritual Flame of Nirvana is alive .

But first let's test it out .

Turning to Amity , I found him trying to escape from his crucifixion .

Suddenly Amity stopped and turned to me smiling as I just pointed out the Spiritual Flame of Nirvana towards him .

( ~ Whoosh ~ )

A wave of intense flames assaulted Amity .

Lin Lingtian raised an eyebrow as the flames were actually effecting an Ashura but that excitement immediately died down as the flames were eventually extinguished by the power of madness .

( ~ Sigh ~ )

Lin Lingtian sighed and just petted the Spiritual Flame of Nirvana as he walked up to Baba Yaga and inserted a piece of the Spiritual Flame of Nirvana inside her empty soul sea .

The Spiritual Flame of Nirvana would act as the soul factor .

( ~ CRACK ~ )

Discharges of Heavenly Lightning went through Lin Lingtian's hand as Lin Lingtian began to bombardise Baba Yaga .

Seconds turned into minutes and minutes turned into hours as the first ray of hope began to emerge as Lin Lingtian sensed a small amount of purified power of madness began to produce but this hope died down as the entire body of Baba Yaga exploded .

It looks like a human body could only take so much bombardment from the Heavenly Lightning .

Lin Lingtian waved his hands as the dust cleared showing just a pool of blood of madness with a single drop of purified power of madness .

Isolating the purified power of madness , Lin Lingtian smiled as he knew this time he had properly isolated it .The last time since he had used the law of Nothingness on Baba Yaga , the purified power of madness had turned into stone and after he analyzed her memories is when he knew he had fucked up .

Looking at the purified power of madness , Lin Lingtian took out his blindfold to carefully observe it .While Amity's instincts urged him to absorb the purified power of madness . This urge was so strong that cracks began to form all around him but as a result , Lin Lingtian flicked his finger and turned him into a bloody paste on the wall .

The purified power of madness used blood as a medium just like the power of madness and its nature was similar to the blood of madness, but it did not seem chaotic?

He scanned it with an appraisal.

[ Divine Continent - Blood Moon Marsh ]

A special part of the Divine Continent where the moon is visible all day but at night , the moon shines like a crimson gem as if it had been dyed with blood .

The creatures of this part of the world are prey to one clan of demon beasts .

The Nightcrawlers

Lin Lingtian was interested in adding this type of demon beast into his army mostly because the Nightcrawlers possess physical strength rivaling the Eight Armed Demon Hellfiend .

The Spiritual God of Poison " Yamato " and the Spiritual God of Water " Charon " both were flying through the air , trying to locate the position of the Nightcrawlers .

Xiao Ning'er had informed them of coming into the Fire Cloud Manor to breakthrough into the Heavenly Fate Realm but they refused as they wanted to complete the mission their master had given them .

Suddenly the two spiritual gods stopped as they felt a barrier that isolated space in front of them .

( ~ Whoosh ~ )

The two spiritual gods dodged an attack thrown at them .

Looking down , they sensed a group of humans trying to attack them from beyond the spatial barrier .

With one glance they knew that all of the humans were in the legend rank but the annoying thing was that this spatial barrier was affecting their senses.

Charon and Yamato looked at one another .

Should they destroy this barrier ?

In response to Yamato's question , Charon just shook his head as they didn't have the time to deal with these humans . They had to find the Nightcrawlers and then go to the Fire Cloud Manor to train for the upcoming war .

Yamato and Charon looked at each other and before the eyes of the humans of the Blood Seal City the two Spiritual Gods disappeared . Not wanting to waste their time .

[ Ashura World - Outer Limbo ]

Lin Lingtian walked with a giant Buddha on his back as he had moulded the Lævateinn into it .As that was the only thing he currently had that could handle the power of bombardment of the Heavenly Lightning .

As to why it was in the shape of a Buddha ,

Lin Lingtian thought it was just appropriate .

The inner lining of the Buddha was made of the flesh and bones of Baba Yaga .

In the center of the Buddha was the Spiritual Flame of Nirvana .

Now all that was missing was the power of madness and Lin Lingtian had a crazy idea to collect extremely large amounts of the power of madness .

Standing in between the two bodies of blood red water , Lin Lingtian placed the Buddha on the narrow piece of land .

Closing his eyes , Lin Lingtian placed his hands on the ground as the terrain began to shift . Lin Lingtian was summoning something out of his inner world .
