Planting a trap

Joyce's point of view:

It was night when I finally arrived in front of my old shop.

The cold wind was blowing through the streets and the place seemed a little abandoned because of the time, looking at the position of the moon I noticed that it was already approaching midnight.

Taking out a key, I unlocked the door and went in, everything was dusty and the flowers that lay there were all wilted and lifeless. "What a waste!" I muttered to myself. "I should have asked someone to take care of things around here"

It was a shame that all my merchandise had been lost, but there was nothing I could do about it.

Ignoring the state of disarray on the ground floor, I climbed the stairs and headed towards my office, everything seemed to be in its place, nothing out of place before I left.

I walked over to my desk and started rummaging through the papers that were stored there.

Checking them out one by one, I organized them before going back and starting to clean the entire store.

There was a lot of dust and a lot of plants had to be discarded and it was only after about three hours that I finished.

Returning to the office, which was now clean, I walked over to where I'd left my bag and pulled out a set of papers.

In them were written several information about the inner workings of the Aires Family, from its members to where they were positioned in the five kingdoms, there was also information about the different branches of the family and their degree of importance in the functioning of the Family as a whole.

*Smile*

Looking at those papers, I couldn't help but think to myself how impressive our Young Lady was.

It was she who had this idea and personally created these documents, of course, all of them were fake but, there was not even a gap in the information.

In the last two years we haven't stopped and started investigating the 'An Sinnsir' and looking for new information.

Unfortunately, the prisoners we captured weren't useful, as all of them hadn't officially joined the organization yet, which was more than frustrating.

Therefore, Elora decided to analyze all her appearances of the last ten years for clues.

We had some gains but it was still not enough.

With that in mind, we put together a large-scale plan and that was just the first step.

Placing the forged documents on the table, I took one last look around the room before walking out the front door as if nothing had happened.

Locking the door, I felt a slight glance at my back, but I ignored it and continued walking in a random direction.

After walking away enough, I put the black hood back over my head and headed back to the shop hiding in the shadows.

Walking to a dark alley from where I could have a good view of that region, I camouflaged myself and waited.

It didn't take long for me to see a black back come out from the side of the flower shop.

Seeing that, I couldn't help but a smile tugged at my lips as I muttered under my breath. "Looks like the mouse caught the bait"
