From that day our daily routines changed from normal lazing around to days of running round the facility, push-ups, and other activities.
After some months there was no particular changes in our bodies, just some minor improvements on our vitality, endurance, overall strength and so on.
Maybe the results of the training are long-term effects on our body.
Also we're not humans in the first place, knowing some reincarnated characters that ain't humans their strength mostly doesn't show up till they are in pinch.
At first that was what I thought since I didn't see any reason why we needed to train, knowing we were created differently, but on a certain day I understood fully well what we were all training for.
3 months later, which is actually 11 years after reincarnating.
{In Blu's room}
On sight of the morning light which shone brightly in Blu's room, passing through the window and made a landing on Blu's face.
On realizing the morning light has come, Blu rose quietly.
*Yawn*
As he yawned with his month opened widely, taking a long but rather deep breath,
He then said,
"Am tired,
What was today again?"
The early mornings of test subjects always started with the sight of the [men in white] making their rounds on the roll call to bath and breakfast.
*Thud, Thud*
After a quick bath, strolling down the hallway to the cafeteria I paused for a brief period pondering.
'Hmm... It seems like I'm forgot something'
'Well, it's no use thinking about it'.
Ignore one of the most important thing, I then entered the cafeteria.
*Slide*
"Morning Blu".
The first voice I heard was the voice of Leo who's early today, well seated of the chair eating.
Also seated was the rest of test subjects quietly feasting on the food.
*Thump*
After sight them, I then seated on one of the empty seats.
As I sat quietly I paused again, pondering as I glanced at the sight of the cafeteria table.
'wait a minute, it seems we are forgetting something hm...
Ah... I remember now the training today was supposed to be training,
But what happened, did he finally give up...'.
. . .
*Bam*
A gunshot was heard following a large voice, which was heard from afar.
"Good morning, twerps",
On hearing this, I said to myself,
'Ahh... I spoke too soon'.
Arriving was our trainer, as he said,
"You all might be wondering what today's training plan would be?"
"...".
We all was left in thoughts as we couldn't understand what was going on.
He then said
"Well, there is no plan for today".
He then retracted his gun and said.
"All of you will be training using weapons".
"Weapons".
We all said simultaneously,
"Yeah, so everyone let's go".
He said as he rushed out of the scene.
I was left to wonder.
That's rare normally in a facility like this handing out weapons to test subjects can be risky. Knowing they can escape if used.
Or is it that they don't worry about us escaping.

{Outside field}
*Whirl*
There we all stood in the quiet wind as we gaze upon the trainer. standing beside a floating screen. He took his time as he opened his mouth to talk.
"Ok... Now I would explain to you all the weapons",
There are basically three types of weapons. And we call them—'mana weapons'.
They use the mana in our bodies has energy to activate, their color, quality depends on the type of mana you have...",
"Sir, what's mana", Eli asked.
"Why are you interrupting me",
"Sorry, sir".
*Sigh*
"Hah... Mana are life-force energy, which can be used in mostly any aspect, though you don't need to worry about other things because you are simply going to use it for fighting",
"Now, the first one is the mana blade, the mana blade as you can all see, uses mana to increase the speed, sharpness and attack value of the weapon",
Blu the thought,
— It seems like that was the weapon the commander used
"Second is the ranged mana weapon, that shoots out mana bullets; they are bullets made from mana, and uses it to attack",
"The third are spells, by fusing a spell into your weapons, you can give them attributes of fire, ice, water, etc. But the best would be to awaken your psyche."
"Though all the weapons here are made of mythril, they are all weak conductors,
But when you awaken your psyche, you would be given custom weapons made of amethyst, which are the highest conductors of mana",
"Custom weapons as mana weapons that resonate with your own mana, giving it a different form",
"So any questions",
"Sir, what's psyche", Eli asked.
A psyche is an ability that awakens when the mana in your body is given a form
Blu then pondered,
— Hmm... Looks like the world of mana being omnipotent does apply here... Anyways, I just need to awaken my psyche before the phase 5 starts, then I can escape here. But, what's even more, I don't know how to fight. Arhhh!...
"Ok now you all should pick a weapon, and I would train you on how to use it",
Blu picked the blade-type weapon, which was white, but had a unique design. As he gripped the handle of the sword, it lit up on the edge with a blue color, on sight of it his thoughts were.
'Awesome... It's so light'.
'It looks like weapons you normally see in Sci-fi movies'.

Meanwhile,
{Commander's office}
There Commander stood in his office gazing upon the vast white snow through the glass window, lost in thoughts.
*Slide*
The secretary came in, saying.
"Morning sir".
After a brief pause he responded.
"Ahh, morning... How's the test subjects doing",
"Well, the training is successful, they are all ready for the next step".
"Postpone the test run".
"But sir".
"I said postpone the test run, the test subjects are all to training for a few weeks before the test run".
He said glaring at him.
Of course the Commander knew that postponing their training further might arouse suspicious with the other heads of Area 02. But still he was refused to give in until he satisfy his curiosity on the reason for the project.
"Ok sir".
The secretary said in worry of what might happen if she refuses.
As the secretary left the office, the Commander then gazed down at the test subjects pondering, as they were learning how to use weapons.
'Seems like I have a few weeks to find out what this whole facility is all about. Looks like I have done all I can do. It's up to you guys now show me what the true reason for this project is about'.
