Dylan. He had his arms around her. She had the brightest smile on her face. His face moved closer to hers as his lips met her cheeks; a soft kiss planted his eyes closed, lifted/flickered open slightly, looking at Anna from the side.

Madison gasped the yawn long forgotten. Jay sneered, his eyes wide open now. Anna's breath was caught up in her throat, but she kept a straight face. Her heart wasn't ready to beat this loudly once again. She gripped the counter, her nails turning white, trying to inhale air like every other person in this room.

"It's the café's closing time. We are not serving anymore." Anna said, keeping the tears still, pricking at the edge of her eyes. There still was one hour remaining, but Anna couldn't take it anymore.

"The sign shouldn't have said closed then?" He asked, slowly striding towards the counter, closing the inches that separated them. The girl wrapped in his arms, following him blinded from the ache that was soon to follow.
