A thunder struck, breaking the silence of the room.

Johannes looked at the child that was in his hand. She was breathing roughly. He slowly patted the child's belly. 

Then Johannes put his arms on the child's head. And cast a healing spell.

But… it didn't work. As he feared, Isabella's wounds won't be healed by magic. It was because she possessed a power far greater than anyone else. 

A while ago, she was possessed by the greater spirits. Now her natural mana was overflowing. She won't be healed unless her powers are sealed.

'Haa~ What am I supposed to do? Can I really not do anything other than watching?'

Johannes thought to himself. Then he looked at Roxanne who was sitting on the floor with eyes filled with tears and bewilderment.

Then he slowly walked toward Roxanne and forwarded the child to her.

Roxanne looked at her child in a daze.
