A round-shaped portal appeared in the middle of a forest. The portal had sparks of fire on the edge. Soon, Johannes and Cale come out of that portal. Then the portal disappeared.

But seeing the forest, both of them were stupefied and stood still in one place.

Whoosh~

It was a windy night. Heavy droplets of water were falling from the thick cloudy sky.

Rumble~

Suddenly lightning struck. And for a second, the view of the forest became clear.

The forest… Or the place that was supposed to be a forest filled with evergreen trees where nowhere to be seen. What came to view was a place filled with dead and dry trees. It was as if someone sucked the life out of those plants.

A nasty stench was coming from the rotten soil of the forest. It was as if it was a dark forest filled with monsters.

"What IS this?!"
