New Story 'Bleed For You'

A few days after Emperor Regis's death, Johannes ascended to the throne.

"Stay here, for the time being, David."

For a moment, David was bewildered, hearing Johannes's request. However, soon he composed himself and bowed.

"If that's what you wish, I will gladly do so."

David said in a formal tone. He was a Viscount who was great in politics. He was also a bearer of light magic even though it was rare for distant relatives of Royal families to have that ability.

Johannes, who was sitting at his desk, lowered his head and said in a weak tone. David's face hardened seeing his cheerful cousin Johannes's weak smile.

"The servants have arranged a room for you on the third floor. You can rest there for today."
