New Story 'Bleed For You'

"Thank goodness. I was worried that you wouldn't like it."

Empress Alicia said with a sigh of relief.

Mina, the empress's lady-in-waiting said, forwarding a jewellery box.

Saying that the Empress took out a beautiful white lace choker which had a kite-shaped purplish-red stone in the centre. She handed that choker to Ella who then tied it around my neck. And as soon as she did, my hair turned purple and my eyes turned blue. My skin also looked slightly tanned. And I look much healthier.

I looked at myself in the mirror in astonishment.

"The gem in that choker has a transformation spell that changes appearance."

Hearing those words, I looked at the empress.

"Goodness, Mother. I can't recognise you at all."
