Eos had a realization that Nephele, despite her delicate appearance, was not someone who needed to be handled with care like a fragile bird. As a skilled cultivator and disciple of Yinpai, Nephele possessed a strength and resilience that went beyond her physical stature. It was apparent that she did not appreciate being treated as if she were weak or vulnerable.
Her proficiency in utilizing solid qi, wind elemental golden art techniques, qi aura pressure techniques, telekinesis, and her incredible aura dome radius of 40-50 meters made her a force to be reckoned with.
Her aura dome, which could dominate an area of up to 5000 square meters, was a testament to her power. However, despite being only a few years apart, she lacked the same experience as him when it came to direct combat situations.
"Listen closely," said Eos, pulling Nephele close.
Eos could feel Nephele's well-trained body pressed tightly against his as she leaned in to hear his plan. Her curves molded against his hard, muscular body, and he could feel the heat radiating from her skin. His heart rate quickened at the sensation of her soft skin against his, and he tried to push the thought out of his mind.
But then he felt her breasts pressed against his body, and he couldn't ignore the sensation any longer. Her deep cleavage meant that when she pressed herself against his muscular upper arm, it slipped between her full breasts. Eos couldn't help but feel a stirring in his groin.
"If you stick by my side and we stay in the shadows, we'll be invisible to them. Their spiritual senses won't be able to detect us. We'll sneak along the tree thickets that are scattered around and get in among the carriages unnoticed. Once we're in, I'll take care of the Nascent Soul Realm cultivators, and you suppress the others."
Nephele faced a significant threat from the Nascent Soul cultivators, and Eos knew he had to take action. He decided to personally eliminate them himself, recognizing the danger they posed to his companion. With a determined focus, he prepared to face the challenge head-on, determined to protect Nephele from harm.
Nephele looked at him with a mixture of awe and apprehension, but they knew that this was the only way to rescue the slaves who were being held captive. They had to act fast and with precision, for any misstep could mean the difference between success and failure.
Nephele nodded again, and Eos could feel her body tense as they prepared to move. He took a deep breath, trying to steady his nerves.
As they sneaked in the shade of trees and bushes, Eos couldn't help but feel aware of Nephele's presence behind him. Every time a twig snapped, or a leaf rustled, he could feel her body press closer to his, seeking the protection of his shadow talisman.
Eos could feel his heart racing as he reached out and placed his hand on Nephele's bare back. The softness of her skin beneath his fingertips sent a shiver down his spine, and he felt a rush of desire wash over him.
Slowly, he trailed his fingers down her back, feeling the warmth of her skin beneath his touch. Her halter neck dress left her entire back bare, all the way down to her lower back, and Eos couldn't help but marvel at the smoothness of her skin.
Her skin was cool and hot at the same time, and Eos couldn't resist the urge to press his body closer to hers. He felt her tense up for a moment before relaxing into his touch.
Eos turned to Nephele with a steely gaze. "Once we're under the cover of the wagons' shadows, I'll teleport behind the Nascent Soul cultists and take them out. You take the shadow artifact and do your best to suppress any remaining enemies. If you see an opportunity, capture the alchemist or their leader. Immobilize them, or if necessary, kill them."
"There's a lot of them and they're spread out," Nephele whispered, worry etched on her face. "I can't suppress them all with my qi at once."
"Then create chaos and slip in and out of the shadows," Eos advised, a reassuring hand on her back. "I'll be by your side if things go south. Use the ghost step technique - it creates afterimages and confuses the enemy."
Nephele nodded, and Eos reluctantly pulled his hand away from her back as Nephele took the lead. Eos couldn't help but admire her form from behind. Her lithe figure was accentuated by the flowing fabric of her loincloth, and he couldn't help but feel a pang of desire as he watched her move.
The gold ornaments on the loincloth glimmered in the dim light, catching Eos's eye and drawing his gaze downwards. As he watched, he couldn't help but admire Nephele's curves, and toned muscles of her back, and the roundness of her buttocks.
Eos shook his head, trying to clear his thoughts. Now was not the time to be distracted by his desires. He needed to focus on their mission if they were to succeed.
As they made their way towards the carriages, Eos could feel the tension in the air. He could hear the sounds of heated arguments. They were getting closer.
Eos carefully retrieved a set of knives with dark, black blades from his space ring. If he could successfully plunge one of these into the Nascent Soul cultivators, they would be rendered unconscious - that is if they didn't have any protective artifacts on them. There was only one opportunity for a surprise attack, and if he failed, the outcome could be disastrous. A bloody battle could ensue, and both Eos and Nephele could be on the losing end.
Nephele nodded, her eyes alert as she scanned their surroundings. They moved quickly and silently, their movements aided by the Shadow Cloak.
Eos's heart pounded with excitement as they closed in on their targets. Adrenaline surged through his veins, sharpening his senses and honing his reflexes. He felt alive, more alive than he had in a long time. Every nerve in his body was alive with the thrill of the hunt, the anticipation of the fight. He was ready for whatever lay ahead.
As they crouched in the shadows of the wagons, Nephele's eyes glinted mischievously as she leaned in to give Eos a quick kiss. "Good luck, master," she whispered, a wild smile spreading across her face. As she disappeared further into the darkness, Eos quickly teleported.
Eo's wickedly sharp black blade sliced through the flesh of one of the Nascent Soul cultivators, leaving a deep and gushing wound in its wake. Blood spurted out in all directions, painting the ground crimson as the man clutched at his back in agony.
But that was just the beginning. As the black blade continued its path, a dark web-like substance began to spread across the wounded man's skin, constricting and tightening around his limbs with a sickeningly visceral sensation. The cultivator writhed in pain as he realized he was slowly losing control of his body.
Eos watched on, his expression cold and unfeeling. He knew that the immobilization caused by the black web would not prove fatal, but it was a fate worse than death for those who valued their freedom. And for the cultivator on the receiving end of his blade, it was just the beginning of a long and painful road to recovery.
Eos' body twisted and turned to the side, moving with lightning speed as he dodged out of harm's way. In the blink of an eye, he reappeared meters away from the next Nascent Soul cultivator. His second dark black blade cut through the air with a menacing swoosh as he launched his attack.
His movements were fluid and calculated, and every step and maneuver was executed with precision and skill. It was as if he was a hunter stalking his prey, always one step ahead of his opponent. Eos was a master of combat, his body a well-oiled machine that moved effortlessly through the air.
The Nascent Soul cultivator tried to keep up, but Eos was too fast, too agile. He lunged forward, his blade slicing through the air like a hot knife through butter, and struck his opponent with a swift and deadly blow. The cultivator stumbled backward, clutching at his wound in disbelief. The black web spread over the second Nascent Soul cultivator in the same way as the first.
The main threats were eliminated. Where is Nephele, thought Eos.
