In this next chapter we will talk about Jack the Ripper. Maybe his name sounds familiar to you because of a movie or something like that, but remember that this is real life and that they really happened.
It is said that Jack the Ripper began terrorizing London in 1988, killing 5 women and mutilating their bodies, it is said that he had a lot of experience in human anatomy, Jack was never really captured and it is not even known who Jack the Ripper was, it is said who was one of the best criminals in england and in the whole world.
Five other murders attributed to Jack took place within a mile of each other, near the Whitechapel district of London's East End, from August 7 to September 10, 1888, other murders occurring in that period are known as "Leather Apron" another known name of the killer.
It is said that Jack sent several letters to the London Metropolitan Police Service (Known as Scotland Yard or The Yard) laughing and mocking the policemen about the murders and gruesome activities related to him, His nickname Jack the Ripper originated from a letter that they thought that it was like a kind of hoax posted at times of attacks. Several investigations claim evidence about the identity of this murderous name and some things that are not yet known. During the last decades, various theories began to emerge about the identity of Jack, it is believed that it was the famous painter Walter Sickert who was even accused. In 1888, more than 100 suspicious people began to be named.
In the autumn of 1888 the murders of Jack suddenly stopped but people wanted more answers about what was happening or happened in London. Jack has been a topic of conversation on television for almost 120 years. In 2011 Trevor Marriott requested more information about Jack the Ripper but was denied access to all unredacted documents on the case by the Metropolitan Police. Apparently they did not want to give the information to Marriott because it included information protected by the London police and giving the documents to him could be a great risk for them if they really hide something.
