Ex-girlfriend
I got back to Nephthys and Hwa and asked them to move into a small lodge which I found near my restaurant. I wanted to start living in our newly built house after registering my marriage with Nephthys and have a sweet honeymoon in our new home. The lodge was named Izumo Inn. It is a small Japanese-style lodge with a sweet and beautiful landlady named Miya Asama. Although the name sounded somehow familiar, I didn't give much thought to it. I told her about my arrangements and she was extremely cooperative.
I already had built my restaurant but was not moving in because of the quest that was issued after I completed the building of my restaurant.

I accepted the quest and asked the system about the question marked reward but she shot me down by saying that it is a surprise for me.
I moved both the girls because I didn't want them to stay more in our enemy's territory. I previously thought that it might take a few days to move into our new house but this quest delayed the inauguration of our restaurant cum home.
I paid the lodging rent in advance for the month and also registered my restaurant and applied for a food inspection certificate which was necessary if I wanted to open a new restaurant or a branch.
I returned to the girls and asked them to get ready to move. As I and the girls were preparing we heard our doorbell. I was scared as we were currently in my parent's house, I thought that our plan was found out by our enemies and they are here to stop us. Although I erased the footage and changed the dates from every document in the bank which was stating the date of my loan repayment or any other camera which took my photo of the day when I met Hwa, with the help of the system, this doorbell scared me as we were not ready for the confrontation with our enemies. I was not afraid about them doing something to us because we now have inhuman strength, except Hwa, but was afraid that the surprise element of the plan for the destruction of our enemies would be ruined. I am a believer in fully destroying my enemies by destroying their pride, money, honor, peace of mind, their reasons to live, and finally their bodies.
I signaled both the girls to hide as I walk towards the door. Suddenly, someone locked my neck and waist with their hands and feet, which resulted in me falling backward due to the shifting of the center of mass.
"Do you think you're are some kind of a hero or you think I am weak or you think I am a porcelain vase meant for decoration!!!???" I heard a very familiar voice but this time it was not sweet as I was used to hearing but was more fierce and demanding, the voice of my sweet Nephthys. I was confused as to what happened to my sweet and innocent soon to be wife. As I was about to voice my complaint she spoke something that made me realize the reason behind her anger and my mistake.
"Why did I receive a system if only you fight, even though I am more powerful than you, sit or hide and watch you fight our enemies. It made me sad when you have not asked me to come with you as a reflex action. Do you not believe in your soon-to-be wife to stand beside you and face obstacles together?", Nephthys questioned in a stern but emotional voice.
The grip around my neck grew stronger and now it was getting hard to breathe. I tapped her hand to let go but she just ignored me a "Hmph".
"I..I....I am sorry my darling but this is not the time for you to show your tsundere side."
'Which I admit was cute on her innocent face.'
"I..I...I have to open the door or will you do the honor."
She let go of me with a "Hmph". 'Sooo Cute, am I becoming a nympho, Nah it's just my love for my wife', I thought and coughed a few times before standing up, and then together with Nephthys, I opened the door while being in a fighting stance.
When I opened the gate I saw a hooded woman with clothes barely covering her body and carrying a baby in her hand. She had injuries, which can be seen on her bare skin. She was stumped on her place apparently by seeing my face.
"Hello miss how may I help you?", I asked while still maintaining my vigilance against the hooded woman.
"Ares is that you", but before I can answer she suddenly hugged me, I was baffled and could even feel shivers down my spine, I looked back and could see Nephthys shooting daggers from her eyes. 'Isn't she okay when I told her about Hwa and what the fuck happened to her when I was not around as I was confused and thinking about change in Nephthys behavior, I heard the woman speak in a low and crying voice, " Thank God you are okay, what would I have done if you were not around? Please help me, please don't leave your Lucy."
"Lucy!!!!!", I screamed as she was the previous Ares's girlfriend who disappeared 10 months ago, she was his true and first love and he was heartbroken when she disappeared on him. I removed her hood with a shaking hand as I was feeling different types of emotions. When I saw her face I felt that my heart was stabbed with thousand knives. Her face was badly bruised and tears were rolling down her face but there was a smile of satisfaction plastered on her face. Without my knowing a stream of tears flowed down my eyes and I can hear two different sobbing sounds from behind. Nephthys was shocked and heartbroken seeing Lucy's condition, she knew about Lucy and Ares from her parents as they always kept their eyes on Ares during his exile. Hwa was not so great either, she was also grateful to Ares because if he didn't make her his own and was caught by a cruel sadist who took advantage of her masochist character then her condition would not have been any better than Lucy.
