Chapter 28 Ace to the rescue

"I am raither happy with my crew. " says Alex shaking his head.

"Do you think I can defet Smoker? " asks Alex looking at Smoker in the distance.

"Is that so. " says Alex with a smile as he remembers how he protected himself from Smoker only by using the Magnetic field as a shield to prevent any smoke from touching him then will he be able to isolate Smoker inside a similar shield or orb, now that's something he is looking forward to.

"Before I leave can you tell me about your beliefs about justice? " asks Dragon looking at Alex in tge eye.

"Justice... " hearing the question Alex went silent for a moment as if he is thinking about something when before answering "Actually I don't care much about justice as long as my family is safe however if it's the world then I would say it's equal justice. "

"Equal Justice, can you elaborate more about it. " says Dragon with a smile at the corner of his mouth although he understands tge meaning of the word however he feels it's better to confirm it in person.

"Equality in justice is equal justice, no one is above law if you break it you must accept punishment, what if you are rich and strong you are not above law and it's rules. " explains Alex with serious face.

"What if it's the world Government or the World Novels? " asks Dragon.

"If they are not above death then how can they be above justice. " answers Alex.

"That is deep. " says Dragon with a smile then suggested with a serious face "With this kind of ideal you definitely need to join the Revolutionary Army. "

"I don't think joining the Revolutionary Army is a good choice for me. " says Alex shaking his head in denail.

"Why would that be? " asks Dragon in curiosity as they continue their conversation then started talking about various topics and soon exchanges ideals, morals of life.

Although at the end Dragon fails to persuade Alex joining the Revolutionary Army however he made Alex promise that Alex will help them in the future when they need before leaving while promising to lend a helping hand whenever he needs.

After Dragon left into the crowd of people below Alex closed his eyes and started observing the whole city using his Devil fruit power and finds Sunji participating in a cooking compilation, Zoro arguing with a girl in glasses while Usopp competing in marksmanship with someone.

" says Alex with a serious face before taking a deep breath then quickly moves to a deserted area on the island before retracting his magnet zone and the next moment he channles his magnetic energy throughout his bones and breaks a very tiny part that regenerates instantly and becomes stronger.

" with the noise of huge thunder cry Alex regained his consciousness and before long heavy rain started pouring all over the island as he quietly opens his magnet field and covers the whole Island to find his crew members then discovers Dragon holding Smoker's arm when he tries to strike Luffy as Alex says "It's time to reunite with everyone. "

With a thunder strike from the sky Alex covers himself in a lightning armor and riding on the magnetic energy he arrives in the middle of the island in no time when Usopp asks with a serious face "Alex we are surrounded by enemies let's regroup in Marry. "

Shortly after leaving all the Marines on the floor Alex joins his crew who are still on the island since Smoker is blocking them from escaping and says "I thought you guys are going to leave me behind, I am touched guys. "

Ignoring the mocking smile on his face Sanji announces "This guy can transform himself into smoke and we can't even touch him it's very troublesome. "

"If you can't touch him how will you fight? " says Usopp but he is the one at the very back.

"Roronoa Zoro give me those Legendary Swords. " cries out Tashigi in anger as she attacks Zoro.

"Let me take care of him while you guys escape. " suddenly Ace comes inbetween them m and stops Smoker from aproching.
