Ranked Matches In A MMORPG!?

Evan read the message and felt very proud of himself.

But Evan still knew he needed to improve as he only survived as long as he did was because he used the boss as a way to survive.

And the objective wasn't to beat him,but to beat the boss.

Evan was sent a message by Georgie Woods telling him.

"You did well today,but I thought you were gonna carry us to victory but we barely just got the boss!"

Evan replied.

"Sorry but that guy showed up and had to stop me from getting the boss."

Georgie Woods replied.

"Not to worry,just get better at PVP in ranked matches."

Evan in confusion typed.

"Ranked matches? In a MMORPG!"

Georgie Woods responded with.

"Yes,rank match was a addition back in Season 6 of the eSports championship."

Evan just sat looking at his computer screen thinking.

"Why would their be rank match in a MMORPG!?"

Evan asked.

"How do I enter rank matches?"

Georgie Woods replied with.

"Well it's in the main village,their should be a teleporter to bring you into a rank arena,their you can choose to solo or play with a team."

Evan replied.

"Thanks,I'll check it out."

Evan arrived at the main village and entered the solo rank teleporter.

Once Evan arrived and clicked on ready he was immediately paired up with a opponent.

Evan read out his opponents statistics.

"Almighty Pride,20% win rate and Crossfire class."

Evan thought impressive as the timer began.

"3..."

"2..."

"1..."

"FIGHT!"

Evan immediately started running around the arena as Almighty Pride started shooting.

Evan uses Draconic Spear to knock Almighty Pride off his balance.

Evan follows it up with Earthquake and then used Phoenix Fling.

Evan leaped into the air and started using the Battle King combo move to defeat his opponent.

Evan thought.

"He has extremely slow hands,if he was faster I believe he could've put up more of a fight."

Evan went into another rank match feeling unsatisfied with the last one.

Evan fought against.

Burning Phoenix,50% win rate and Battle Mage class.

Evan and Burning Phoenix ran straight at each other after the counter went out.

They both clash their spears and followed it up with Draconic Spear.

The skills cancelled each other out causing a spectacular explosion.

Burning Phoenix uses Griffin Tooth and hits Evan.

Evan swings his spear and hits Burning Phoenix and follows it up with Phoenix Fling before switching his weapon to gun mode and uses the Crossfire skill Sky Pierce.

Burning Phoenix began dodging those shots.

Burning Phoenix uses Glory Blaze to get back down to the ground faster and create a shockwave to push Evan off balance.

Evan got back his balance but gets hit by Burning Phoenix spear.

Evan started blocking,and dodging but his character was off balance again so he was getting hit more then dodging and blocking the hits.

Evan uses Blossoming Palm to push Burning Phoenix away when he had the chance.

Evan got back his balance and lunges at Burning Phoenix and uses Draconic Spear to cause severe damage to Burning Phoenix.

Evan looked at his HP and compare it to Burning Phoenix.

"I have 65% and he has 50%,things are pretty close."

Evan glanced away at the health to get a eye full of Blazing Phoenix spear.

Evan gets hit by the first one but blocks the second one.

Evan pulls out the sword from the spear handle and uses Wild Slash to scare Burning Phoenix away.

Evan started going on the aggressive and using the sword quicker swing time to get some good hits in.

But Evan was still getting hit since the spear was slower but had longer range.

Suddenly Burning Phoenix ran away.

Evan stopped wondering why did he choose to run.

Burning Phoenix stopped running and his spear lights up in flame.

The flame was the same as the one for Draconic Spear but this was different.

Draconic Spear had the Spear pushed forward but this attack had it pushed to the ground.

Suddenly a circle with rune writings in it underneath Burning Phoenix feet showed up.

Then flame lit up at the rims of the circle.

Evan was watching in awe at this while having his character run at Burning Phoenix.

But then stopped his character and think.

"Wait a second is this the skill synonymous with the Battle King!?"

Burning Phoenix yelled out.

"Dragon From The Heavens!"

A dragon formed from the flames and flew towards Evan at incredible speeds.

Evan gets hit by the dragon and his HP started dropping down to 0%.

Evan lost the match.

Evan began thinking.

"That's the power of Dragon From The Heavens,no wonder Battle Mage's uses it so often,maybe I should get the skill for myself...wait,can Unspecified even learn that skill?!"
