Meet The Team!

Evan stood still,taking in what he right now see's.

Tao Xuan patted his shoulder to wake him up from his daydream.

"Come on let's go,I will show you your room."

Evan walked with Tao Xuan up some stairs to the second floor of the building.

Tao Xuan gave Evan the keys to his room.

"This was formerly Wei Yuan room but since he is no longer part of the team it is yours now."

Tao Xuan then took a deep breath.

"This room has things you need a bed to sleep on,a empty cupboard and a computer for personal grinding."

Evan tilted his head in confusion.

"Personal grinding?"

Tao Xuan laughed.

"Sorry,I forgot you were knew...our training programs is just a 1v1 with specific members of the team or a 2v2,when we do these training programs you all are kept in one room to ensure maximum communication with each other."

Evan just nodded his head.

Tao Xuan stops laughing.

"I will show you the training room tomorrow,for now just get comfortable with your new life."

Tao Xuan left to go upstairs to his office.

Evan went into Wei Yuan room and closed the door behind him.

Evan thought.

"Well at least the room isn't any different from the one at home the only difference is that this one is much cleaner."

Evan puts all of his clothes into the cupboard and sets up his other stuff.

Evan gets a call from Tao Xuan.

Evan picks up.

"Hello?"

Tao Xuan replied.

"Sorry,I forgot to make your character card for you and I need you to come to my office to make the card."

Evan hanged up and ran upstairs.

Evan knocked on Tao Xuan door.

Tao Xuan told him to come in.

Evan walked into the room.

Tao Xuan asked for his account.

"I need your password to make this process so key in your password to the card machine."

Evan went to the card machine and keyed in his password.

"What do I do next?"

Tao Xuan answered.

"Just press enter."

Evan pressed enter and the machine printed out his card with the password.

Evan took the card and asked Tao Xuan.

"Is their anything else you want?"

Tao Xuan shakes his head.

Evan left and went into his room and saw a device next to the keyboard.

Evan looked at it and realised.

"Oh wait,this is the card reader made for games with accounts,I didn't know they used this in Victorious."

Evan turned on the computer power,opened Victorious and booted up the card reader.

Evan looked at his card and closed his eyes and thought.

"Please,work!"

Evan reopened his eyes and put in the card into the card reader and presses the button for it to process the password.

He looked at his computer screen and saw it logged in on its own.

Evan head a satisfied smile on his face after witnessing that.

Evan immediately put on his headphones and started playing.

Evan continued grinding in Celestial Sphere.

Evan then met Marcus Neill.

"That's Marcus Neill from Fulfilling Triumph,please not another fight!"

Marcus Neill cleared his throat then unmute himself.

"Consider this offer,come join Fulfilling Triumph even if you decline now,the door will still be open for your signing."

Evan made his character look around and asked.

"Is this a trick or a trap?"

Marcus Neill responds with a chuckle.

"No,no,no,I am not playing any games with you right now I am fully serious about this offer."

Evan says.

"I don't fully trust you,but I've already signed a contract with Team Civil so I can't really join your team anymore."

Marcus Neill adjust his glasses and says.

"I talked with the boss and even though you are in a competing team he is willing to sponsor your career."

Evan tilts his character head.

"Sponsor by another team which I'm competing against?"

Marcus Neill makes his character nods its head.

"Yes we're sponsoring your career."

Evan stayed silent for a while before saying another word.

"I'll consider the offer."

Marcus Neill says back.

"Thank you and sorry for wasting your time."

Marcus Neill logs off.

Evan went back to grinding before he got another message by Tao Xuan.

"Evan can you come into the training room on the 2nd floor?"

Evan was about to reply but then Tao Xuan sent another message.

"Oh before I forget,also bring your character card with you."

Evan quickly unplugged the card from the card reader and turned off all the appliances in his room and ran up to the training room.

The moment Evan opened the door he saw every current member of Team Civil.

Team captain,Huang Zekai

Co-captain,Ruo Mingyu

Team healer,Feng Shui

Team scout,Carolina Soong

Tao Xuan greeted Evan the moment he entered.

"Welcome,Evan I think your familiar with the whole team at least their names."

Evan nodded his head.

Carolina laughed.

"I think seeing so many all star players may be too much for his brain to handle."

Tao Xuan laughed as well.

"I'm sure he is ready for the eSports world,Carolina."

Tao Xuan pointed Evan towards a seat next to Huang Zekai.

"Put your character card into the card reader over their,and were gonna invite you into a private arena match,your gonna 1v1 everyone on the team."
