Chapter Twenty Eight

After eating, Jamie pulls out a hundred-dollar bill, "I am afraid there is no tip for you because you are the sourest person I have ever come across."

When exiting the restaurant, Jamie looks down the road, it's pitch dark, and the wind is blowing as she notices a shadow by the Alley cautiously she goes to them all and sees a guy with broken clothes standing in front of a large drum, warming up his hands.

He looks at her, "I was expecting you, Jamie."

"Excuse me, do I know you?"

"No, you do not know me, but I know all about you and your Mom."

"Now is not a good time to Joke, Sir, especially someone in your condition."

The guy walks closer to her, wearing a broken brown coat.

"What's on the outside is not always on the inside."

"Who is this guy? How does he know you."

"Lilah, not now."

"Let me out." Says Lilah
