This was madness, what kind of high school students would make out in a public space like this? Would this school be worse than her previous school? Dinda could not get that question out of her head.

"Hey! What are you doing here? Your face tells me that you have just seen a ghost in there!" Nadya surprised Dinda. She indeed looked pale.

She pulled Nadya away from the store toward their school. They went for the gate as soon as possible. She hated that kind of boy, the same kind as Panji was. Some jerks that used their attractive looks and their parents' wealth to exploit the girls that liked them.

"We'll be late, Nadya!" Dinda said.

Nadya was standing while folding her arms by her chest as they reached the school's corridor. The school was divided into several sections that had multi-story buildings. In front of each class, there was a huge locker for some belongings that the students wanted to keep in school.

"Look, here is your locker." Nadya said, while pointing at a locker door with Dinda's name on it and a key inside it.

"Do I really have to use this locker?" Dinda seemed reluctant.

"Well it's up to you, If you did not wish to use the locker, just give the key back to Mr. Edo, the student counselor. But I suggest that you keep it, you may need it later." Nadya explained.

Dinda opened her locker, there were several school books and a few other equipment that the school had prepared for her. As she picked up the books, something fell off. It was a red card with a golden crown symbol on it.

"You have been marked.." Nadya said. Her face suddenly went pale as Dinda picked up that card. Subconsciously, she took a step back as if she wanted to keep her distance from Dinda. "That card belonged to one of the three dominant pillars in this high school. It belonged to a king that reigned here. You are in trouble. On the first day after your transfer."

Dinda could not understand what Nadya was talking about when she mentioned something about the three pillars. However, judging from the way she talked about it, it was definitely a bad omen.

"I am really sorry. Dinda. Let us pretend that we did not know each other at school. I do not want to be involved in their dealings."

Their? Dinda did not get it, who Nadya was talking about. Before she entered the classroom, Nadya had already vanished from her sight. Then she looked for the restroom to freshen up herself before entering the class.

While Dinda was looking for the restroom, many pairs of eyes stared at her. Some gave her a weird look, others stared in curiosity, and a few showed a threatening gaze.

What is the best course of action?

Dinda walked further down the corridor with uncertainty in her mind. She really hoped that what she looked for was there. She was right, there was a rather luxurious restroom in front of her eyes.

Dinda realized that this elite school really was big. Both its building and facilities were built gorgeously. Even the restroom really took her breath.

Dinda entered the restroom and washed her face then immediately got out of there. Once again, her pace stopped as he saw the boy from the store committed yet another perverse deed, with a different girl.

But Dinda reacted differently this time. As the boy glanced at her, she gave him a cold shoulder and walked away briskly toward her classroom.

"New student? Adinda Ratih?" A teacher with glasses asked her.

Dinda nodded as she answered the teacher that asked her so gently.

"Do you know where your class is? Have you received a message from the school?"

"Yes, sir. I have received the message."

"Alright, may you like your study here. Hope your school life will be fun. If there is anything that you need or something you need to ask about, you can find me. My name is Edo, student counselor of this school."

"Yes, sir. Thank you."

Dinda resumed her pace toward her classroom. Suddenly a group of boys with messy uniforms blocked her path.

Who are they?

"Isn't this the new student?" One of them asked. A rather sassy boy that seemed to be feared by his accomplices placed his fingertip on Dinda's forehead. He was smiling from ear to ear when he said "It was I who was supposed to be tagging you. No matter, I think ten million isn't really a bad deal for your body."

Once again, Dinda was treated awfully. As if she was a human being that could be valued by money. Her heart ached again. Before he left the scene, Dinda yanked his uniform violently.

"It was you who I must tag, as a worthless scum that must be erased from the face of earth!" Right after that, Dinda moved forward to her classroom. She gave no attention even when that boy went ballistic with all sorts of profanities. She had enough when Panji's family defiled her dignity, she would not let anyone else do so.

"That seat belongs to Sasa." Said a girl at the third row, second column from the right side.

Dinda stood up again as she heard that. She placed her bag on the other side of the table.

"That is Giselle's seat." The girl warned again.

Dinda frowned. If those seats really belonged to someone, their bags were supposed to be there. Maybe they have not arrived? Now Dinda placed her bag at the first column from the right, right beside that girl.

The girl sighed, "That is Nathan's seat, you are in trouble if you stay there."

Dinda stood up, again, while staring at that girl. There was no one inside the classroom except the girl that kept warning multiple times without telling Dinda where she could actually take a seat.

"Then which seat is empty, miss?" Dinda was irritated.

That girl looked to her side without saying anything, she then resumed whatever she was doing with her book.

Dinda took a seat beside that girl, next to Nathan's sacred throne.

Few minutes later, the bell rang. It signified that the study time has started. The classroom that was empty a moment ago now filled completely. Dinda could see clearly, the seat that the girl previously mentioned. Sasa's seat. Giselle's seat. They were the kind of girl she found quite often at her previous school. Dinda was among one of them.

She was not accepted at her current school because she was rich. She was accepted there because she was Panji's lover, that was what made her notorious here.

Dinda smiled wryly when she remembered Panji; she subconsciously snapped the pencil in her hand.
