The Moon Goddess' Chosen

Drake stared at the computers displaying video feeds of numerous places around the Sirius empire, watching them for changes.

Most of them were turned to the surrounding vegetation. As creatures attuned to nature, werewolves loved the woods and endeavoured to protect them.

As a result, it was common to find cities surrounded by forests or even built right into them.

The Sirius empire, being a centre for significant development, had a few signs of green scattered inside it. It did, however, manage to be completely surrounded by a forest and even have the Great River cross right through it.

Surprisingly, the city was a nearly identical version of the Lycaon Capital, the two having been built at the furthest reaches of the Great Sirius River's rivulets.

Currently, Drake was situated in a room filled with cameras along with his mate, keeping his eyes on the patrols that went by every once in a while and talking with her constantly.
