The next day, Kim Su Won woke up blissfully. She felt lighter after a long, long time. Perhaps because she had anxiety about her work and her accomplishments.

She had wanted her parents in her original world to appreciate her too. They had never told her that they were proud of her or that she had done well.

There were relatives who praised her for her intelligence and her 'genes' but she could tell it was out of jealousy. Her both sides of families were dysfunctional. And while she always scoffed when her mother said that her relatives would cast an 'evil eye' on her achievements, she knew in her heart that those people were definitely not happy for her.

Anyway, she had expected at least Isaac would be happy for her but it seemed like she had thrown a wrench in his plans and he did not like her becoming so independent either.
