A New Pet?

After a total of six hours, the snowstorm had finally ended. This allowed Team Shadow Liege to continue their hunt for Shade. Sadly, since they didn't have much time remaining, they had to be traveling through the darkness of night. Fortunately, the moonlight was enough for them to see where they were going.

As they walked, they spotted glaring red eyes looking at them through the dark. The sounds of continuous growls and quick shifts in the snow plagued them. They could tell that they were slowly being surrounded by monsters.

"Damn it..! This is becoming ridiculous!" Argued Kate as she pressed herself against Raven's arm.

"Calm down, Kate. We can handle a few measly monsters. You'll be fine," solaced Celia.

"I know but what if we get ambushed by a domain boss or something..? I'm a mere Healing Mage! I'm not suited for combat!"

"They're called Domain Bosses for a reason. They're only found in certain secluded areas. They wouldn't be in an open area like this," explained Raven.
