The Full Truth

Celia didn't have enough willpower. She had failed to defeat Chad with the opportunity he had given her. His Ruler Ability, Absolute Defense, which was strengthened by the power of will, had blocked her attack.

Quickly, Celia moved back a safe distance away from Chad. She knew she was in trouble. If she hoped to survive then she would have to defeat him in a fair fight.

"I thought you had more conviction than that," said Chad. "I expected you to at least be able to cut me. Perhaps there's something holding you back. No matter. You've failed to defeat me with your attack. In accordance with our deal, I'll have to kill you."

Chad then doubled his fists as he prepared his attack. This kept Celia on her toes. Unlike before, Chad would be coming at her with killing intent. To make things worse, he was in his Ruler State which boosted his speed and power. She was in trouble.

"Light Style: Air Type, Destructive Blows!" Shouted Chad.
