Approaching Finale

A powerful purple aura surrounded Raven's body. His Soul Energy was pouring from his body like rain. His hair fluttered from the rush and the snow beneath his feet was moved aside, creating a circle around him.

However, Shade noticed that there was something different about Raven's Ruler State. He glanced down at his guns to see that they too were changing.

The color of Raven's guns had changed from a solid black to a mixture of both purple and black. The guns had also undergone a physical transformation. Instead of remaining as mere pistols, they had somehow changed into two thicker Desert Eagles. On the side of each gun were the designs of purple dragons that stretched out to the end of each muzzle.

Even Raven's clothes had turned into a neat black and purple cloak that suited him nicely. It was a very strange Ruler State.
