Another Visit To The Past

Shade opened his eyes to find himself in a dark empty area. The air was cold and he could see nothing but an endless sea of black. Due to this, Shade began to question if he had died.

"There's no way I died..!" He muttered.

"You aren't dead," suddenly answered a dark familiar voice.

Shade quickly turned around to see two glowing white eyes looking at him. He immediately recognized them.

"Shadow?" He called.

"Yes, you are currently in your Soul Chamber," he answered.

"My Soul Chamber? Then I need to get out of here before I start feeling the effects of it."

"Yes, but I can't allow you to go back to the outside as yet."

"And why's that?"

"Because you're due for another test."

"Another test? I don't have time for that! My brother is out there! I'm so close to seeing him! There's no way that I can do a test now!"

"It's not up for debate. I won't allow you to wake up until you've done the test."
